I have served one month notice to terminate leave and license agreement. One month is getting over today. But now owner is neglecting to repay deposit. What action can be taken against him. I have paid security deposit in cash. Kindly guide me.

i am a college student i live in west Bengal.One friend of my college
leaved college and dont telling us where is he going...
so we 4 friends make a whats app group naming "where have u
gone?"
We add him in that group and make some jokes on him none of
those jokes were non veg.
But one friend just make group icon taking his face on a dog.
His mother called us and we all tell her sorry, apologized. Then she
tell us that she has forgive us and she will not go further on this
matter. But next day that boy threatened us to file a case against
us.
sir what we did is a crime?
sir please give us legal advice ...
we are in fear we just one to make fun we thought he will also reply
funny answer but he is threatening us...
sir we will be highly grateful to you if u reply
we are in tension for our academic career.

IN ONE CRIMINAL MATER, IPC 406'465,467,409, 420, ETC, THE ANTYCIPATRY BAIL APPLICATION IS PENDING IN HON.GUJ HIGH COURT, DURING THIS PERIOD POLICE FILED A CHARGSHEET IN THIS MATER, AND MENTION IN COLUMN NO 2 OF CHARGSHEET, AS A WANTED ACCUSSED { THE PETIONER OF ANTY BAIL} IN THIS SITUTATION WHAT IS LEAGLE REMADY? STILL TODAY POLICE HAS NOT ISSUE A NOTICE OF CRPC 160. WITHOUT ISSUING CRPC SEC 160 NOTICE, THIS IS POSSIBLE?

I taken personal loan long back. Total 48 months emi. I cleared almost 30emis. But now finacial position is very bab. If i not paid next 6months what types of probles i will face . Pls advice me what to do. Bank persons called me and talking harshly.

Question regarding the sale of a land that comes under Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands
Can Landlord and Tenant sale their BTAL's land jointly to some other pruchaser farmer without taking permission of the concerned authority such as the concerned district collector ?
Is it necessary that either proceedings u/s 15 or 32-G must take place of the said act before sale of the said land ?
If any of of the above 3 procedures have not complied with then joint sale of such land done by landlords and tenants becomes invalid or void u/s 84 read with Section 64 ?
The said land is in Village and about to go in municipality jurisdiction soon as per govt. town planning scheme, but when sale deed was made jointly by landlords and tenants with another purchaser farmer the said land was in village.

I am staying at pagadi system room from last 20 years. The legal tenant of the room is my son in-law and as he is residing out of india, so he allowed me to stay at this place,so we are staying here from last 20 years with my son.daughter in-law and grand children and I regularly pay rent every year to the landlord on behalf of my son in-law name.
But today when I went to pay rent landlord told me that it illegal to stay like this and he will send me legal notice to empty this place.
Please advice what shall I do in this case.

Sir,
In 2004, the party purchased a plot in a panchayat layout which was registered and even today the EC generated in the name of the party. The plot No.is 91/2. Now the party wish to sell. On an enquiry in the panchayat office, the party was told that the layout consists of 90 plots only and there is no plot called 91/2. What is the recourse for the party now ?

My father had a partnership firm. The firm dissolved and accquired by second partner. He did not pay whole amoun to us. Thats why my father did not appear before huda authority physically which is required to transfer the land. Huda refused to transfer the land to second partner. Their rules overrules the partnership act. Now my question is can we transfer the land to thirt party.
