Sir,
I bought a piece of agricultural land in 1982 ad measuring 1800 sq yds. from a person who has purchased the same from another one. The grandson of the original land owner claims he has the right to the property as it was sold when he was a minor at that time.
But in the link document the original owner and his three sons have signed and agreed to sell the land as they need it for their family purpose.
Now, does this grandson has any right now, coming after 32years and claiming it.
Please advice.

My advocate is in Gudgaon haryana district court is taking care of my labour court case. Since last 2years he is making me fool. Even a summon is not reached to the other party. But he personally met to other party. What should I do.

Dear experts, Good Day!. My father have a share in 2 properties,but both are in the name of ancestors. My father have 4 brothers. Totally there are 5 sons. My father is the 4th son. The first son died recently. Now, 2nd,3rd,4th(father) and 5th are alive.
I am unable to trust my father's brothers due to the their behavior and attitude. They are hiding the information about the properties and my father have never inquired about the property to his brothers.
I request you to give a solution to safeguard the property of my father.
Also, i doubt whether they will cheat me, after my father's life. So, how can i get the property to be available in my name in the mere future.

I want evict my brother, who is a Gratituous licensee. He and his family has become nuisance to us. Rent receipts in my name. My brother pays rent and keep all rent receipts with him. How to evict him ?

REQUEST TO ALL LAWYERS FOR ANSWER...
My Question is...
1. My Home is about 100 Years Old.
2. My Tenant is about 65 Years Old, who lives on the ground floor of my home.
3. The Principal Tenant to whom my grandfather was given my ground floor on rent before 65 years was died.
4. Presently, his widow and elder son is living in the other society of my city on rent since last 5 years.
5. His younger son, came to my ground floor who was previously living in other society as tenant with his wife and children. (He is vulgar/ previously also in imprisonment for theft case and half murder case)
6. Now due to my home is very old, it's ceiling needs repairing (made from wood) We denied because the rent is only Rs.75/-, he is also prevailing nuisance in my street by alcoholism, using bad words. besides he has not paid municipal corporation tax since last five years.
7. Last week, he has sent us a notice through lawyer, that under section 23 of the Gujarat Rent Control Act, landlord has to allow tenant for repairing and we have to pay all expenses.
8. Now, PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT WE CAN DO NOW. WE ALREADY FACING SO MANY PROBLEMS, BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE IN OUR HOME. WE WANT OUR HOME BACK FROM THE TENANT.
9. WHAT CAN I DO? CAN I REPLIED TO HIS NOTICE? IS IT VALID NOTICE?
10. IF HE START REPAIRING WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, IS IT VALID?
REQUESTING ALL LAWYERS TO GUIDE ME, WHAT CAN I DO? I WANT MY HOME BACK..IT IS ALREADY UNDER HIS CAPTIVITY SINCE LAST 60 YEARS...

Dear sir/madam,
I was working with a delhi based company from last one year, suddenly this month my salary is holded by company and my boss is asking me to resign. I verbally ask my boss and HR department for reason of holding my salary but didn't got any satisfactory reply, After all this I shooted a mail to my boss and cc to all concern departments and VP of company but didnt got any reply after waiting for two days I sent a reminder mail twice but no reply in writing my boss is asking me telephonically to send my resignation when I ask for reason i never get a satisfactory answer and my boss clearly asks that no one reply or mails, u go and do whatever u can do. I have done all conversation by mail Please help me can i register a case against company and my boss????? and whatever action i can take to get my salary and f&f.

Hi im sulthin,
My brother was working in saudi. Last year February he came for his friends marriage to our home. During that time we wer looking for alliances, next day in a short 4 hours gap, before leaving back to saudi. We got an alliance match and went to see a girl. They liked my brother so much and rushed back behind us. where my brother also liked the girl. So they decided and exchanged the plates. basically in our caste girls family does the marriage. But here they pressured us to do the same. Started we hesitated but since my parents didnt have girl child my dad accepted the deal. Later we did his marriage in Oct(during my brothers yearly leave). Post marriage my brother stayed in my house for a month. Since the Oman visa rules very strict, he didnt take her to my brothers country and left her in my home. Both wer happy only and she was also comfortable with my family. During Dec 15 she was very out of mood and was silent. Suddenly her mom came to our home and asked my parents to take her to their home and said her dad was not well without seeing her daughter. My dad decided and sent her. During this time my brother was at saudi, and suddenly after 10 days she hanged herself in her parents house.
But the girls family lodged a complaint on all five of us. My dad, mom, brother(who is at muscat), Me(works in thrichy), my younger brother(who studies 10th std). Now the FIR and chargesheet is completely against us. stating we demanded for 90k and household materials for muscat house and monthly rent of 30k)
which we didnt do. We really dont know the reason. But their complete family is against us as false witness. Those witness plays major role? what are the ways for us to come out of this. Please give some ideas

Limitation act - condone delay.
The petitioner appealed and the appeal got rejected by the district court as the principal case filed in the subordinate case was rejected a year back. (The court had issued a notice to his lawyer, he replied that he is no longer repressed the case). Now the petitioner has approached the lower court to condone delay of about 12 months. Whether his application is reasonable or the court would condone the delay?
