respectet sir i want to file writ petition in high court but i was the permamentally resident of bihar but now i am live in kolkkata and my father also died in kolkata in service period. now i am not take decide that where i file write. kolkata or bihar.

Does your employer has any office in Kolkata. If yes then you can file case in High Court at Calcutta.
