DISTRICT COURT HAS GIVEN ORDER U/S. 60 CPC BUT THE GARNISHEE WRITES TO THE COURT THAT THE BENEFITS WITH ARE LYING WITH HIS ARE NOT COVERS U/S. 60 CPC HENCE HE CANNOT ATTACH THE AMOUNT LYING WITH HIM , SO ANY CASES PERTAINING TO THSI CASE

I and my wife separated amicably By separation agreement ,on which she agreed to a divorce by mcd after one yr separation,i gave her a substantial settlement amount she gave me exclusive custody of our child and left the home , after 7 months my dad expired ,thinking that i have inherited a lot of property and money from my dad , my wife filed rcr, 498etc , in retaliation i too filed rcr , got arrested out on bail figjting 498 ,rcr from her side, what do do abt rcr from my side
Lawyer advising to keep my rcr valid till disposal of 498 what to do Plz advice

Sir,
I met with accident as on 18/2/2013. Requested specail leave. Department advised Medical board Exam. (23/6/2013), Medical board gave report," Disability certificate can not be given at present", as ccpd guidelines say," Nerve injuries to be waited for 8-12 monthsbefore issuing disability certificate. The certificate issued as on 15/01/2014 ,submitted to office .That time office kept quiet. After persuing for spl. leave, filed complaint in CCPD. Hearing of CCPD as on 15/9/2014. During hearing HOO said Disability certificate is doubtful. CCPD gave one month time to prove it. Further continuopusly for 09 months applicant requested ccpd to declare judgement as department not doing anything. Now ,after such a long time department issued letter that Medical board exam. may be attended by applicant. A letter issued and given only 01 day in advance.i.e. Medical board on 18th , letter given on 16th. Applicant already requested to have sufficient time as he is disabled and need time to prepare. Office not anwered. Please guide ,if applicant can go in civil/criminal court for harassment .please guide whether I need to follow order given in one day advance period to go from Pune to Delhi.

My grandfather has three sons my father is younger one .we are three Girls.we have a land in the village.these three are using this land.the elder one planned to occupy more,that's why he is not interested to partition.we three are married .what can we do to get equal share .

I have been married for 2 years and we have a rocky marriage. We stayed in Mumbai away from parents (settled in Kolkata). My wife physically abuses me in the worst possible ways, and in any arguments she tries to commit suicide if she is not satisfied. She behaved badly and even physically abused my widow old mother (70 yrs) when she arrived to my house for 14 days. She demands all my assets to be given to her and i will not be able to keep any relationship with my family. She and her parents is threatening me to file FIR under 498A against me and my parents if i do not keep her demands.
What should i do now to protect me, my government job and my family?
From your forum i learnt that AB should be filed after FIR is lodged. How can i know whether they have filed FIR? Pl suggest

now do we prove that the oral agreement is applicable as against the will.

my great grandfather's father gave his property to his son.Then my great grand father has 4sons and 2daughters.They didn't seperated their property but told to each other that this my place that is your's and no contraversy between them.Now out of 4sons bigger is my grand father and he has 2s and 2d of that my mother is 3rd child and big sister.She has a gov job will she right on her grand father property that is my great grand father.one thing is that my grand father wrote al his property to his 1st child with any permission from my mother.He wrote his fathers property not earned by hir own please tell me about this
