I had booked a flat in KUL Utsav kondhwa Pune (in Sep 2012) at that time residential NA was not issued. This property is being constructed on industrial land. All major bank had approved this project like HDFC and PNB bank.
Last year PMC has put the stay on construction and ask builder to submit the NA.
Till now I have payed 90% of agreement value since my building is 80% completed. My flat is not yet registered because I was out of town for 2 yeas and now there is stay from last 1 year.
Now I want to cancel My booking but builder is saying as per agreement they will deduct 5% of the amount and then they will open the flat for sell. Once flat is sold then only they will return my money. I sold my parental property to buy this flat and now having hard time. Please advice on above matter.

Sir,
What is the legal standing on the part of a co-op. housing society in issuing a letter to flat buyer's bank (in banks format) giving society NOC for transfer of flat without receiving membership application form and other transfer documents from the buyer. Can such an NOC be issued only on the basis of a copy registered Agreement for sale.
Central Excise Audit Party has raise the issue to pay service tax on notice pay amount collected from the employees, who left the organization without notice period.
As per the terms and conditions specified in the appointment order, there is a condition to give notice for three months before leaving/resigning the job. But in a special situation the employee is decided to leave the organization without giving the notice period.
Company will collect the salary for three months as a notice pay. in view of the department is nothing but a tolerance of act hence it attracts the service tax. under section 66E(e). Is it required to pay.

Sir, I have question regarding property dividation. My maternal grandpa expired on 24.4.2011. The land of 39 acres was on his name and his unmarried blind brothers name togetherly. Grandpa has 2 son and 4 daughters (all are married). Dividation of property was stopped in between in his present in 2008 legally. only collectors order of reservation of land is done. At that time nothing was given to daughters. But my question is ...whether now all girls (married before 1993) are having equal rights in property? Kindly help.
