HI,
On dated 6th November, 2014, I booked a flat in bangalore by paying 1 lac and before booking it I asked the builder to book this flat only when I am eligible for loan upto 85%-90%. But after seeing my documents (financials) he promised me that the loan will be offered to you by LIC, SBI or Axis Bank. But even after loan application was cancelled by LIC and SBI banks, on 8th December, 2014, he said I am going to apply the loan witk Axis Bank and I am sure that this bank will issue loan to you. But till date, i.e., on 21st August 2015, he has not communicated anything about the loan. I requested him in April 2015 through sending an email requesting him that I want to apply loan application with ICICI Bank and please give me the documents required for loan application. But he replied that he is trying his best for loan with Axis Bank. Last week I inquired by visiting the project site where the flat booked by me is located, I came to know that the builder has sold the concerned flat to anyone else in the month on May 2015.
I am very much interested to buy this flat but the builder has not given me the document required for loan application of the said flat and now he says that the booking amount will not be returned as it was my duty to avail the loan with the banks...........
Could I take legal action action to buy this flat because builder has cheated me by hiding the truth from me. I have saved all communications made to him through email from time to time.......

The tenant wants to make agreement, and their permanent address or occupying address will be same.
How to make Second part address proof for them. Because they do not have own house and the rental house becomes address for them.
To complete the between parties,I want to be get advice.
please advice.

my query was he was willing to extend his service to 1 year medically he was good is it possible to extend his service

Hi,
A piece of advice from experts values more.
I wanted to know the rights of a grandson from grandfather's property. My grandfather has been expired by 1986, he has his property in Dharmapuri, Tamilnadu and his earned property was in the name of my grandmother. Later the property has been in the name of my father. My father has five sisters and he has given their share to them and one of the sister said she don't need the property. Now balance property rests with my father. I have an elder brother and sister and my father keep selling the parts of land without our concern. Do i have the rights to ask for property, if so, what would be the procedure? If there would be any problem from my father's sister who din't get the share from my father, what would be the precautionary step?

Actually it is a case of Live in relation & a child thereafter.
I am a married man. But I have been in love affair with lady who is also married.
We were in living relation for 1 year and had a baby.
But due to temperamental issues, we mutually decided to break this relation.
She earns handsome salary.
Now she has claimed 125 crpc claim in family court.
I have so many proofs to show that she was aware of my marital status and she is also married even before we came to know each other.
Pl suggest what should be my stand???
Pl. suggest with regard to 125 crpc only, it she and child entitled for that or NOT?

I live in hyderabad.
i have taken premises for rent. i have paid advance of Rs.125000/- rent 25000/- on 31st aug 2014.
till today i have not received my rental agreement till today 21st Aug 2015. i asked for rent bill as well agreement nothing provided. so i stopped paying rent. in advance of two mothns notice i told them i am vacating in April and asked to return my money but no response.
the twist in this YMCA legally no owner of the premises and they do not have any documents on this i heard. and they have giving to one person the permises illigally since they have taken some money for personnal use and handed over the part of the building. and he has givin to rent to another person. that the another person has rented this premises to me.
a. Army land giving to them quite a long back for community charity work by government or army officials.
b. YMCA
c. one person
d. another person
e. Its me
today Mr.C (one person ) has locked my premise and removed my sign board.
Please suggest me on this what should i do now and what way i can challenge them in court of law.
one more this there is already court case going in hyderabad on YMCA with tenents regarding the rent.
I want to pay the rent to the actual owner of the premises.

My brothers family and my family were living with my mother in the house built by my father. After my fathers death me and my brother gave our share in the property in the name of my mother. due to everday quarrels with my brothers wife my mom decided to move them out of the house but my bhabhi was not ready to move out ..so my mother disowned my elder brother and filed a suit of posession in court against my brother.She won the case but still they are not moving out nor they have filed any appeal in any higher court . Next week Baileef will come to our home to execute the order. My brother is willing to go in the interest of family but bhabhi is not. Can she claim the right to live in this house when the baileef will come to execute the order or she cant as my brother has already given up his share. Kindly suggest.
Please experts note that the property was alloted to my father . My father and mother were joint owner of the property.
Can she claim this house to be her matrimonial house.
Kindly note that my brother's wife was not made a party in this suit.
