Hello everybody, I need your valuable opinion as to what are the legal rights available to a women executive who was initially given appointment at Managerial level on probation period of 6 months which commences from 16.02.2015 and gets over on 16.08.2015 and after the expiry of probation period the executive has written mails and requested verbally to give confirmation to her appointment but despite that the Company is not giving her permanent status and when she demanded the same the management is putting undue work pressure on one pretext or the other and harasses her. She is working @ the package of Rs 6.50 LPA. Please advice what to do?

I joined as a po in bank of baroda on 6 July 2015. and i sign a bond of 3 lac for 3 years.now I am selected in ssc ,all the process of ssc took place before m joining in bank.now I want to leave bank and join ssc.
so what are the options for me regarding bond amount,how can I get my relieving letter with out pay bond amount?

Recently. Bsnl servants told me your brother-in-law get job through compassionate already. Now your sister will get compassionate job some critical. Please tell me sir. Compassionate job only once or not.

Sir/Ma'am,
(1)ESIC-Labour Ministry 2012 UDC Exam final list declared.
(2) I was in waiting list (81 rank-UR category)
(3) UnReserved seats 80
OBC seats 40
SC seats 20
ST seats 15
Tot 165 seats
(4) My marks are higher than all reserved category candidate, all candidates (165) joined the office in Sept 2012,
(5)but some candinates leave during the training and they called me for joining in the same advt notification and i joined in march 2013.
(6) but the seniority list given to me after 2.5 year later i was the most junior candidate among them
Question 1. whether i will be the senior to reserved category candinates because my marks are higher and seniority is based on merit and made irrespective of date of joining.

Dear Sir,
I'm velmurugan from tiruvannamalai.My father has two siblings 1 elder brother and 1elder sister.My grandfather has two acres of land.He dosen't made any will before his death in 1960.Apart from two acres my father and his brother bought 12 acres separately.
My father's brother has cheated my father.By noting various debts he told my father to keep my grandfathers 2 acres land and he kept those 12 acres without any shares to my father in that.
I'm the only son of my father .I have four sisters. My fathers brother has 3 son and 1 daughter.Now they are planning to ask share from the 2 acres. Please advise. If there is any solution to prevent this.It will be helpful to my family.

Pl guide. Man is paying maintenance allowance to his wife as per court order according to the salary whereas the lady is leaving in adultery with a child from another husband. Divorce case is pending in the court and after 2-3 days man has to face the advocate of opposite party in the court. Where the advocate will try to find out about the job and location of his job. Now the question is that can the man refuse to give any information about his job and its location or department name. Although the man has given correct information about the amount of his salary in the court. He want to hide this factor so that the wife can not disturb him in the office. PLEASE REPLY
