Sir, please be kind to advice:
My father has a property made by himself and not inherited. He sold a part of the property to his younger son and did the registration. No intimation out information of any kind was provided to his elder son that is me. Now when I asked if I would get any part of his property he said I would not get any property from him. He also stated that He had sold the part of the property to the younger son and not gifted him so that the question of dividing the entire property in equal share among the two son would not arise. Now he stated that the remaining property which is 50% of the entire property would probably be divided into parts between his two son. So in the process I his eldest son would get 25% of the entire property . The sold property is just a formality no monetary transaction was actually made. Also to avoid higher gift tax.
Now is there any redressal mechanism exists for me to have the property equally divided.
Please advise

In the recruitment rules in column no. 5, in some posts written as 'Selection' and in some written as 'non-selection.
1. What is difference between in both.
2. How the reservation roster is implemented in promotion where 'selection' is noted in column '5' in RR and total 315 posts are vacant.

Hi,
I worked in Facility company. I joined on 29th Dec 2014 on that time I have only received Offer letter which has only mentioned location, designation M2 grade and salary breakup and no other terms and condition of employment, and after joining not received any Appointment letter. I was informed three times to HR but they ignore this. I sent my resignation mail on 1st july 2015 to company served 6 days notice period and left on 6th july 2015. at the time of putting my resignation on our employee portal my employment status shown as probation.Now i received the F&F calculation sheet which shows recovery of 24 days, I replied to the HR of the company that i have not signed any binding contract(Appointment letter) with company for 30 days notice period and they replied me that the notice period of 30 days is mentioned in employee portal of the company for M2grade employees. Should i need to sue the company for this? Please guide me for this issue.

Is there an existing judgement or law regarding the authority / legal rights of the builder to collect building maintenance money from the flat owners in a situation where he has not formed the society but the building has got an OC? I am a flat owner in a building where the builder own maximum flats & refuses to form society due to personal interest in the said plot. He is not maintaining the building properly but is demanding maintenance charges. If not paid in time then along with interest. FYI, the building has OC. Please help.

misspelled in ssc marksheet and leaving certi of school
My name in 10th marksheet and degree is siddhpura hiren jyantilal and correct spell is in all my documents ( school l.c ,aadharcard,PANCARD. All the document are correct one and it is siddhapura Hiren jayantilal. Board is asking for general register xerox copy but the problem is that school has lost general register.pls suggest me what will be another option.Will it be difficulty for my further study and work in USA.pls tell me solution for .I have to go for new first passport.
