Sir,Kindly provide any judgements where property of wife attached as when she refused to join husband after RCR decree is passed.Moreover she filled Divorce petition after husband filed for EP of RCR.

I'm applying for government job in Mumbai and I know that they will ask for police verification report, and at that time I don't want to get delay for it.

In a CHSL if water leakage from the flat above, causes damage to the wall in the flat below, is the owner of the flat above responsible to just arrest the source of leakage or is liable for the repainting of the damaged wall in the flat below also? What role does the managing committee of the society have in the matter? How are the costs borne for the repairs?

i have a problem that i have some dues with sales tax department and they might initiate the recovery procedings.
to safe guard myself i have transferred my house to my wife.
will you please tell me that this safeguard will work or not ?
can the concerned authority recover the property transferred to my wife.
is there any difference if transfer is made to my adult son.

I have 10-12 shops under rent in pagdi system in dombivli but 2-3 of the tenants do not pay the rent regularly. It has been an year and they haven't paid the rent after repeatedly telling them to do so. What action can I take as an owner to make them pay the rent by law.

1) Builder A Pvt Ltd Co.sold me by sale deed a BASEMENT OR LOWER GROUND FLOOR NON RESIDENTIAL HALL SAPCE..
2) FOR FEW GOVT WORK BUILDER ASKED ME TO GIVE GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY WHICH I MADE AND IT WAS REGISTRED IN BUILDERS PERSONELL CAPACITY.
3) FOR MY WORK I USED THIS FORCOLLATERAL IN BANK AFTER 3 YEARS I CLEAR THE LOAN AND BANK RETURNED ALL DOCUMENTS,
3) I CAME TO KNOW THAT BUILDER USING MY GPA HAS MADE A SALE DEED IN SOME ONE ELSE NAME .I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT IT AFTER 5 YEARS JUST NOW.
4) FRAUD IS BUILDER ( GPA HOLDER) SOLD IT INSTED OF A HALL IN BASEMENT -AS MIG FLAT WITH 2 BED/2BATH/ D/D AND LOACTION AS GROUND FLOOR INSTED OF BASEMENT OR L.GFLR
PLEASE ADVICE.
1) WHAT ACTION I CAN TAKE TO CANCEL THIS DEED
2) NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN CREDITED TO ME.
AT PRESENT ONLY A LOCK IS THERE . CONSTRUCTION IS AS IT IS AS I PUCHASED .

Dear Sir, My Surname Was Wrongly Entered as
"PAPPIREDDYGARI" insted of "PAPPIREDDY"in my SSC Certificates.I have completed my SSC in March 2007 in Andhra Pradesh. in all other Documents my surname is "PAPPIREDDY" (Adhar Card, Ration Card, Voter ID etc...)Now i want to correct My Surname in my Certificates. How can i change it. Plese tell me the Procedure.

Service bond
sir i have joined andhra bank as a probationary officer in may 2015 and executed a service bond of rs 200000 or to serve for 3 years ....now i am selected in ssc in ministry of external affairs and want to leave the bank.....i have given notice to leave the bank on 16-11-2015 and gave resignation on 03-12-2015 requesting to relieve me on 17-12-2015...
the are saying that i have to pay 200000 rs and also 3 months salary for notice period they provided me the standard resignation form on 08-12-2015 and said that notice period will be counted from that date ....is it fair???
in bond also it is said that if i have to resign i have to give 3 months notice and if they will terminate my services they will give only one months notice..
is it fair?????
the bank has spent 21060 rs on me as TA & DA for training of 6 days in hyderabad and 6 days in visakhapatnam....
is it fair to ask whole bond amount along with 3 months salary when they have spent only 21060 rs on me....
please guide i am from a lower middle class
family and can't repay such amounts....
