Can u please tell me what is bhagapathram in kerala land registration .

author, bhagapathram means PARTITION Deed. all the co-parcners/owner can divide their property in shares (1/8th or 1/5th or 1/2 or 1/3rd etc...) according to their wish. in kerala for partition the duty payable is Rs.1000/- and fee payable at Rs.1%.
