Dear All,
Can you please clarify the following:
I (girl) am born to a father who is a schedule caste by birth and I had inherited the same caste. My mother however married (after divorcing my biological father) second time to a forward caste person. I was about 4 years old when that happened. I am 26 and married to a forward caste person now. Would I continue to hold the caste of my biological father or do I get forced to inherit my 2nd fathers caste?

Hi,
I worked for 1 year in a software company which is a PVT LTD company, I left my company after the completion of ond duration, however at the time of signing bond i pay 95000 to company.Upto now they gives me only 40000 but still 55000 is remaining.Now they saying that give me time we will refund all money but still from 1 years they are not refund me. So I request you to help me on how and where can i lodge a complaint so that i get the remaining amount.

we made register marriage without consent and knowledge of our parents..we il take consent of parents.they opposed... for inter caste marriage...my mother in dead bed she asked me to marry...he also not willing to live with me...so we conclude to get divorce. in my side noone knows abt my register marriage...shall I hide this matter and go for marry some one..or otherwise ...wat to do sir guide me

my father was buy a kisan vikas patra(indian post) in 2007 of amount 60000/- and now on maturity thhis amount is 120000/- but my father was death in 2011 .their are not a nomination done in this kisan vikas patra.butindian post is require for succession certy .so plz suggest me the procedure for this and how much time is taken for succession certy.

I am a student of 3yrs. ll.b(h). It is a regular course and I have completed 1st sem of the 1st year. Result for the 2nd sem of the 1st year has not been declared yet. And now I am in 3rd sem of the 2nd year. But one important thing is that I was a permanent teacher in a state govt. primary school while I was in the 1st year of the ll.b course and I have completed the 1st year by taking casual leaves, commuted leaves and half-pay leaves from my department of the job. And after starting of the 3rd sem of the 2nd year classes, I have resigned from my current job. Now, Being a student of ll.b, I have a question, is it possible or not that the duration of that job while I was in the 1st year can create any faulty problems or harmful effects in my future career which are based on law based course like judicial service, j.l.o, banking law officer, advocacy, professorship or in further law based course like ll.m, ph.d ??? If so, please assist me what should I do for the future of the career. Please be noted, before taking the admission for this course I have submitted all the supporting documents of that job to the authority of the university.

In a complaint case complainant filed a petition for seeking applucation of s 91 of Cr.p.c after submitted the all Exhibits. The case filed on the basis of U/s 404/406/420/464/468/471 of IPC.
But in a order passed by the Ld . Court said that" The accused raised strong objection by filing the written objection against the petition. It is mention that no such document is laying with the custody of the accused and the such document was manufactured by the complainant before filing of this case and has been lying with the complainant.
During hearing Ld. Advocate for the complainant submitted that the Exhibit 3 ( Certified copy of a Lease deed ) and 4 ( RTI from a land revenue officer , having jurisdiction ) refers the said POWER OF ATTORNEY and that said power of attorney is lying at the custody of the accused person.
On the other hand Ld. Advocate for the accused raised strong objection to the petition and submitted that as per Art 20(3) of Constitution of India On person accused of any offence can be compelled to be witness against himself.
On perusal and hearing I find that the accused denied that any such document is in his custody.....considering the above discussion , I am not inclined to reject the petition"
How can i summon the accused ? What is the judgment of Supreme court or Calcutta High court regarding this situation ?
What is the defence against the Accused's objection ?
Please help me.

Now they saying that give me time we will refund all money but still from 1 years they are not refund me. So I request you to help me on how and where can i lodge a complaint so that i get the remaining amount.
