Respected sir, i am clerical staff in associate bank of sbi. Written test for promotion(clerical to officer) is to be held on 13 march. My name is not in provisional list of eligible candidates for written exam published on 3 march. Though i have sent a representation to consider my candidature as a mail to competent authority GM(HR) through proper channel on march 5th. Content of e-mail is--
"With reference to the above subject, I wish to inform you that my name/candidature have been found to be missing as my name is not included in the list of eligible candidates for the�written test of Promotion:2016-17-(Clerical to JMGS-1) which is to be held on 13th march 2016. Therefore , I wish to make representation against the�non-inclusion�of my candidature for Promotion:2016-17-(Clerical to JMGS-1).
I would like to state that I was called for promotion�exam Promotion:2015-16-(Clerical to JMGS-1) last year�under group -B�for which�I had cleared the written exam also. So I am supposed to be eligible for this year also.�This year,�I have submitted the consent for Promotion:2016-17-(Clerical to JMGS-1) under Group-A ,however, Regional Office,Delhi corrected me to apply under Group-B since I cannot apply under Group-A due to extraordinary leave on loss of pay�(EOLLOP).
Therefore, since�my name is not in the list of candidates ( Ref to circular letter no-PAD/18/2016,dated 03rd March,2016) called for�written exam of Promotion:2016-17-(Clerical to JMGS-1), I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and consider me for Promotion:2016-17-(Clerical to JMGS-1)� as I am fulfilling all the eligibility criteria required for Promotion:2016-17-(Clerical to JMGS-1) under Group-B for which the consent form was�submitted already.
Kindly consider my request under humanitarian ground as it will go a long way in my career improvement for which myself and my family member would ever be indebted to you."
Hope u understand the matter. So kindly advise me legal remedies if they dont include my name for the written exam which is to be held on 13 march.

Sir,
Am Sanjeev, 30 year old. Am working in a private sector from last 8 years. Now I got a job in Govt sector and now i need to attend medical exam. But the problem is 10 years back i was arrested (may b under IPC section 324, 326, 327), and the case was solved after one year in court, i mean 9 years back and it is now closed. And at present I don't have any cases.Now please tell is this pose any problem in future. And also tell me if they ask any clearance certificate how can i get and from where......? Please suggest me......

My name is Ramesh and in past got valuable advice from you experts.Once again I need your help.I am living separately from my wife for last 18 months due to her very rude behavior with me and my parents.Many attempts of mediation of elders was unhelpful.although she didn't slap any police case against me she has verbally and socially tried to insult me and my parents.recently after interference of a senior and powerful family member she is considering to return.my question is as I don't trust ,what precautions should I take to protect myself and my parents if she tries to implicate us in some false case.Thanks.

Hi All,
My(Defendant's) lawyer was asking questions to Plaintiff during first session of cross exam, but judge asked to go in sequence. But he didn't said if sequence should be by plaint or by evidence filed by plaintiff?
Which document should be considered for sequential cross exam?

Hi All,
My name is chalapathi rao. I retired employee in a aided college.My working period is 1975 -2007(32years).18 years of service was reckoned and i am not getting constitutional benfits(graduty) iam receiving min pension since last 8years. There is an Act interupting for this
I have put a case on this issue in 2009 against Act,but it is not yet resolved. I have requesting judge to see case in two times(expected petition),but no use.
Could you please give the suggestion on this.

A particular case in Mumbai u/s 138 of N.I.Act was disposed on the issue of Jurisdiction and the Advocate for complainant has collected the case from the court. The case has not come up in the court of Jurisdiction where another case was being heard and which had the Jurisdiction. It is over a year, summon or notice has not been received from any court for the particular case.
Surprisingly a case u/s 420 of IPC has been filed in another court for the same dues under the above case. Technically/Legally is it correct, while the above case is still pending.

Covering risk of betrayal
My aunt malti, has two sons pranay and nitesh. Pranay has a flat ,taken with loan from bank. Malti also had a flat which she has sold recently. Pranay has promised his mom, malti to transfer his flat in the name of nitesh,as first owner and malti as second owner so that pranay's wife cannot claim a share in the flat. The execution of this is decided to be done by clearing pranay's loan from bank with malti's proceeds from her flat sold. However, malti fears that her elder son pranay will betray her as soon as she clears his loan and will not give his sign( if his wife tells him to do so)for registering the flat in the name of malti and nitesh, as his wife has always done the same to pranay's family as seen from past events. Now the question is how to cover the risk of betrayal on the part of pranay.plz guide me as this is the lifetime hard earning of malti which is under risk. Plz guide if there is any alternative to this and paperwork to be done.
