I have one shop taken on rent 15 years back on pagdi system(kota rajasthan).
I want to know what all acts will be applicable for governing the situation and on what all circumstances landlord can evict the shop.

Real problem is I have one shop as mentioned above on pagdi system and I want to know if there are any circumstances cases when landlord can evict the shop
