Two wives of a govt employee.employee passed away last year and both wives have a son each and all even the second wife and her son is also mentioned as legal heirs first wife says her son wants job and she will give total pension to second wife is it possible that second wife gets pension if first wife has no objection.

My name is Sai my father was working as Jr assistant in deo office and expired last year my father has two wives I am the son of the second wife and first wife also has a son minor he is my brother sir we all are living together as family from past 30 years and now after my fathers death we are getting disputes for pension and job first wife is saying I don't want pension my son needs job.sir is it possible that the second wife gets full pension if the first wife has no objection to it.some say that lok adalat can give full pension to second wife is it true please kindly answer my query sir.

Dear sir,its been around 5-6 months.my wife has filed dv and maintainance case against me.during this period she also opt for mediator for maintenance n divorce negotiations.but it wasn't fruitful. nothing has happened in court after that.i want to know that will i have to file different case for custody or visitation rights for my 3.5 years old son.becoz my lawyer said so.he also said that i will have to file it in civil court.whats the difference between family court and civil court? Cant i request judge for visitation rights/custody during hearing of ongoing case.also educate me about share parenting. thanks in advance

hi i was working in dubai due to crises i left the job and was unable to pay the money third party person is calling for recovery and talk very rude me its ok but calling my family members and co workers and mentally harrsing can i report about the same in poilce station or some law or where can i complaint about the same

Good afternoon sir Sir my father borrow a loan of 500000/- on janauary 2015 He was govt servent and in month of november he died In the agreement theare is no co signer or co applicant and bone of guarantor there is no prperty which my father had given to bank as assuarance Sir iam a student what should i do We dont hav any other prperty on name of my father We live in rented house And no capacity to pay outstanding of 450000/- I have agreement copy and there is nothing stated that of co applicant co signer and any guarantor Plus my father had not given any mortgage to bank he was kidney patient And on dialysis and we also dont know about loan till november So sir wat should we do
