Hi,
My grandfather was given a property on Grant in 1972, he died in 1993, he has three children My Aunt(around 63), my father (57) and my uncle (53). On the death of my grandfather, the property was transferred to all the three children in RTA. On Oct 2013, My father signed a release deed towards my uncle. my signature was not taken. Can I claim for the propery released since it was ancestral ? My faher regrets it now, he was drunk while signing the documet, as well as they had told him that they were equally dividing the property, Hence he signed. Can my dad withdraw his release deed ? Which point will hold better in the law .. relase of ancestral property or drunl and signed ? Please help me with some reference to lawyers in Udupi, karnataka.

Sir/Madem,
In the year 1988 when i was studying in 8th class met with an accident while going on picnic in private travels haired by school management at devarakonda in Nalgonda dist. of Telangana.
In which i had injury on my left hand & two legs bones are broken, bus glasses were entered on my left hand, due to these operation was done in government hospital, from that time onwards i am unable to perform daily house hold works & unable to sit on floor nor I can lift heavy weights.
FIR was registered in concerned police station or not i don’t know.
School management was not paid any compensation on that time, now today the school is very reputed and run by board of trustees.
Now I am helpless & need of compensation, and I had approached the school management, but they are refused give any compensation.
In these regard I request to guide me how to get compensation by going to the court of law & what documents are required.
Thanks

Hello.
I gave my flat to a lawyer around 4 months back.
The rent agreement is notarized and not registered.
Now I've given him the notice to vacate the flat.
I doubt that he will create problem and go to the court.
Can he do so?
If yes then on what basis?
Thank you

Mr. Atul is a practicing lawyer. He is also a director of a co-operative society.
Now the query is whether he can accept the brief of the society of which he is a active director?
Waiting for valuable guidance.
Regards.

Sir/Mam,
A lady was in a relationship for few years but she wanted to get out of it. I came into her life n we went along good. But a problem was her marrige was already fixed with the guy from both the family's side. After she fell in love with me she clarified this to her family but they were adamant as marriage was in 1 months time n they dint wanted to back out. Due to emotional stress n family's reputational concern she agreed for the marriage. After she said her decision i moved out of her life. She married but as the bonding was not there between she n her husband things were not going well. The husband slapped her n they had a fi8 within 7 days of marriage. After that she contacted me n told me the entire incident then we met for 2 or 3 time n within 14 days of her marriage one day she was talking to me on whats app her husband saw n started a fi8 blaming her of a extramarital affair. She wanted to get out of the marriage so she said yes she loves someone else they had a fi8 n next day morning she returned home. After that day the guy is troubling her a lot. Blaming her of cheating him. He has also blackmailed her that he will commit suicide. He sent her an image of a cut wound. She filed a GD as a lawyer suggested. Now the guy is trying to track her phone. He came once to her house n created a lot of blunder force tried to take her away. As he couldn't after that now he is a bit quiet. So she will be filing the divorce in a few days. But she dosen't want to file cases against him unless its the last option.so any suggestions? And also how much m i involved in it leagally should i get into it or stay in dark till the case is over? After marriage i and her had no physical bonding so section 497 is not a valid point here. Still any recommendations or advice.
