Me and my wife are living separately for two and half yrs. She doesn't wanna get back. I need divorce and move on with my life. I belong to a middle class family and dont have a very sound financial backing. What's the procedure that i should follow so that I can go through the formalities with minimum expenditure?

My neighbor and his wife not giving food/meals and respect to his old age mother.
His mother's age is more than 75 years and haven't any property and she is illiterate.
What are the laws/rights/producer under which she can secure her self-respect and meals.
Please let me know in details so that I can help her.

During the marriage I had recieved gold ornaments as gifts from my mother as per Mangalorean Catholic tradition. Next day I had given my wife these ornaments to keep in her bank locker as per her suggestion. My parents and housemaid are witness to this giving gold to my wife.after my wife filed for divorce I sent her a mail asking for the ornaments back.but she replied saying she doesn't have them.After that I have filed an fir against wife u/s 406. I have given bills of the gold jewellery and witness statements to police.But police is saying we have not recovered the gold from her house hence we will close the fir.I am sure they are hiding the gold somewhere else.Is the police view to close FIR right as per law ? Is my FIR maintainable in Court of law on merit of specific allegations eyewitness statements and bills?

sir i took a chance in a state commission examination. commission fixed qualifying marks in interview at the midst of the selection process without ammend the service rule.fixation is also contrary to the service rule i.e "there shall be no qualifying marks in the interview" and "merit list will be arranged after add the marks of written and interview". when i add my written marks in the oral marks i got much higher marks than any other succeed candidates. this rule is imposed upon candidates without ammend the prevailed act. 1.what is the legality of this rule imposed by commission without ammend ? 2. am i bound by estoppel against this unconstitutional rule if i take a chance? if there is any citation regarding estoppel pls....3.pls help me with citation and answered my every questions

Please tell me , suppose any person having deal with any companies of rs.1 crore so that person book cab or taxi then taxi not reach on exact time to pick up then that person's deal is cancelled because cab or taxi not pick that person on time So that person can file a case against cab or taxi company for compensation . Whether that person will succed ?

I want to know do the court provides any document certifying that the marriage has been annuled as we get divorce papers sorry i didnt knew the rule of not replying to anonymous post.I am sorry once again.
