We have purchsed 2 flats on second and third floor in an apartment of total 4 flats
A person who has a purchased a flat on first floor also purchsed a lock up garage on ground floor before us
he claims that common space adjacent to this garage in L shape is his property
Same point is also mentioned in this agreement
But it is not mentioned either in apartment declaration nor in blue print
I would like to know whether it is legal to sell or pouchase common space in apartment or not
can we take objection?

Mr A purchase a Land from Mr B, which is passed in 143 before selling of that land.
but in Khautani Document last Entry Is in name of Mr B. Does Mr B has any legal posseion of that land??
Is their any problem for Mr A as he has the original registry in their name from Tehsil??
and if Mr A Want to mention their name in Khautoni Document does it possible to do that??
Is their any need to do any legal proceesing in that case or is it ok if Mr B name is mentioned in the khautoni document??

Sir i want help from the esteemed panel in a matter where i was cheated by mobile insurance company. I took mobile insurance from pick me india company for my apple i phone 5c, the phone unfortunately got damaged and i submitted my phone for repair/ replacement as asked by the company, initially they rejected my claim giving useless arguments, then they finally took my phone dor repair after i threatened them that i will move to court. They asked my apple id and password which i refused to give. I have all the call records, documentary proof and e mail correspondence . Plz suggest me a iption and process as i want to get my apple i phone 5c back.

Dear Experts,
My wife lodged FIR against me in JAN 2015 which was cancelled by DSP and after cancellation my wife continued giving application to police against me and all time police refers the same statement of cancellation.
During the cancellation Police did not lodge FIR u/s 182 against my wife now she has given 8 applications to police against me and all investigation reports say "all her applications are fake".
now she is continuing headache for me and I want to lodge FIR against her u/s 182, but Police says it could done only when the Dowry case was cancelled by police and it is only by the desecration of police not mine.
How can I get this case lodged??

one of my friend got issued a FIR saying that he paid me on different dates a total amount of two crores all in cash
any way the investigation got pending as he was unable to provide documentary proof of payment
Now my question:
How can I get this FIR cancelled?
Whether i can report in IT department and get him raided at his business and residential places ??

Hosting religious flags & displaying poster in the society premises
Respected Experts,
The undersigned seek your expert advise on the below stated issue.
In our co-operative housing society, since last two month two religious groups have put/hosted their religious flags & displayed religious posters in & around society premises. The working committee requested several times both the groups to remove the same to keep society clean and pleasant.But no one ready to remove the same first. Now society has displayed the notice to remove the same within week time or committee will remove the same.
I would like to know what will be the consequences if committee removed it. And what is the lawful code of conduct for hosting religious flags in the society premises.
