Hello experts,
Today I got a call from womens cell, stating that why am I not attending the meetings for mediation, to that I very politely responded that we are not getting notices for the same, last notice we got was some 3 months ago to which we reponsded in writing with all the medical proofs attached with the reply, after that my wife had filed for a DV case, and now the womens cell officer told me that we will file an FIR.
My background on why we cannot attend any mediation 2000 kms away from our place.
I and my father are physically disabled person suffering from a rare brain disorder, I have all the medical proofs to prove me and my fathers disabablity, I told the officer regarding this issue, he told its time for an FIR under Sec 498a and 407,
My wife had already filed a DV case to which we will be filing our reply in the next date.
Experts please advise what next can happen in this case?
Thanks in advance.

In the cases where a petitioner wishes to argue his case himself without appointing an advocate , I have two basic queries in relation thereto:-
Whether the filing of suit will be admissible at the case filing counter without Vakalatnama, if yes then what procedure must be followed to make the same admissible?
What is the procedure to seek concerned court's permission to represent the case by the plaintiff in person.
Further, I wish to submit that it has been observed by Honble SC that this is not a right of the petitioner to address the court himself, it is in fact discretion of the court where the case is posted for adjudication/hearing.

Both Husband & wife are salaried employees. They have one house at Delhi. Though there is nothing stated in the deed regarding proportion of ownership, husband claims 92% & wife claims 8% on housing loan for the purpose of Income tax.
Now they have purchased another house at Lucknow in joint name. Here also they have taken housing loan in joint name. No share of ownership is defined. Husband's name appears first & wife's name come later in the Deed. Loan is also in the same pattern.
Husband wants to avail full benefit of Income tax on Housing Loan on the property of Lucknow. He wants to execute some document for Delhi property so that wife will be sole owner & can claim full benefit of Income Tax rebate.
Is it possible? If yes, what will be the procedure.
