advocate commission for partition

What is the procedure for advocate commission when the other party is resisting partition and threatening the party. What is the remedy for partition suit in such case. please advise kindly. What rights are available under our constitution.

File a partition suit, request the court by filing an application for Advocate commission, after that commissioner will file his report and then court will take it for consideration.
