advocate commission for partition

What is the procedure for advocate commission when the other party is resisting partition and threatening the party. What is the remedy for partition suit in such case. please advise kindly. What rights are available under our constitution.

Dear Sir
Send a notice to the other side claiming partition ,when they are responding positively, file a suit for partition and establish your case.
After the order passed in your favour then apply for appointing advocate commissioner for partition.
