My husband left me and my son in 2009. We were married in 1992. My son completed his 10th and 12th in kolkata. We found it difficult to continue without his support and absence from the house. So my brother took me to mumbai in 2012 where my son completed his graduation in 2015. In the last 3 years my husband has not even contacted us and stopped sending the little amount of 6000, which he used to send till 2013. We have tried contacting him over email and mobile but no response. Now I hear that my matrimonial house is sold off and therefore me and my son has no shelter. Can someone suggest and advise me on my rights to the matrimonial house and our right to claim sustenance?

Property dispute between two brothers A & B.
Brother A(Plaintiff) instituted a suit for permanent injunction. Permanent injunction is the only relief claimed by Plaintiff.
Documents submitted by Plaintiff, Tax receipts.
Brother B(Defendant) filed written statement saying it is ancestral property and He is in possession. He also submits Electricity connection in his name. Thought as per Muncipal records Plantiff name is appearing as owner.
Query
Can Defendant argue that Plaintiff has claimed only for Permanent injunction and not for declaration.Hence suit should be dismissed
I was told when there is a serious cloud(Dispute) over tittle, mere permanent injunction suit is not maintainable. It should be declaration with permanent injunction suit should be filed.

Dear Sirs,
I was involved in a motor accident. Police lodged FIR against me under section 279 and 338 IPC. I have compromised with complainant and paid his medical expenses and vehicle repair costs. His lawyer is about to file application under Sec 482 CrPC for quashing. A copy of our compromise agreement is to be filed with application. In the agreement I have basically admitted guilt.
My query:-
If High Court does not allow the application can the agreement filed with application be used as evidence against me in my trial?
(please don't say High Court will allow application. Let's assume the High Court does not allow the application)

Our society has 20 flats. Out of which 7 flats are 1RK with open terrace, remaining 13 flats are 1BHK or 2BHK without terrace. In AGM maintenance is decided as per carpet area. But in our agreement open terrace is shown as balcony area & 1RK as carpets area. Since 13 flats have majority they told us that we consider open terrace area as your carpet area & charged accordingly. Plz suggest me what should be the maintenance rate for open terrace.

My grandfather registered a will in the year 1997 and given all rights to our 4 uncles (My Father's brothers) to divide the property based on their own discretion. However, during 2005 our grandfather changed mind and gave to my father one new will (unregistered) in a plain paper and mentioned that all his property will have my father rights. Now my father and grandfather is no more with us. And my uncles are dividing the property among them and giving to my father's sisters as gift. Can I claim the property based on the Will that my Grandfather gave to my Father. My father is no more, can I as an eldest grandson can claim the property or put a case against my uncles. Please advise. Thanks.
