Eviction of tenant

My mother rented a shop on 2013 for two years and died. Payments of rent were done with receipts. After the completion of the time they were told to move out. Bt the asked for extra time to find a new shop. And rent was taken till 2016 january with receipt but without further agreement. And now neither they are leaving my property nor paying rent. How can i evict them. Please help

Yes, you can file suit for eviction against the tenant on the ground of bona fide requirement of the proeprty.
