Sir/Madam,
'X' a govt servant got acquittal from a case under sec.294(b), 323 and 324 IPC by the trial court (JMFC). now he has to get a legal openion whether the judgement is fit for appeal or not fit to submit in her departement.
my question is whether to get the legal openion from the trial court Asst.Public Prosecutor or from the Appellate Court Public Prosecutor..?. what law says..? which is appropriate..?

Sir.
My father a state govt employee had married my mother who is second wife with the acceptance of first wife.I have seen the marriage photo of my mother 1st wife Sat infront and made the second marriage.1st wife now has a son.both marriages took place before 30years we all along with first wife and her son were living in one house very happily.recently before a year my father passed away in service.now we are in a big confusion because 1st wife says that her son wants the job and she will give the full pension but I heard that second wife can't get full pension even if 1st wife accepts to it.

kindly give us suggestion.can second wife get ful or half pension and in what cases.
Do compassionate appointment has time limit.
I am major and my brother who is son of first wife is minor.can I get the job.
Can first wife and her son get both benifits with out our permission.
In legal heir our names are also included as second wife and me as a elder son.
Please help us.

Hi.. I was caught at a gambling den around 2 and a half months back.. I was released on surety bail, jus few days back - police called me because surety wanted his documents back.. Is the case over by now or will I be called again by the police? And if court issues summons - ll I be notified by a call??

Hi...my fiance (hindu)was married with a muslim girl and had a child for which I was not aware of..I come to knw about it from his sister she also almost force me not to marry his brother.i decided to cotinue this relationship but I never want to disclose his past in front of my family.his sister (hindu)and her muslim husband continuously threatenig us to disclose all this to my family as they dont want him to marry and be settle on his life.infact they disclose about our marriage to his ex wife and suggest her to get legal action against him for cheating her and for more compansation. She denyed them for it after that they abused her.Also my fiance's sister husband tried to beaten my fiance.also he abused him and therentend him to kill him on phone..These people doing all this shit for property and for some personal grudge.my sister in law lives in delhi with my fiance and his mother however her husband lives in UP at his home town.please suggest some legal action against them as they continuoisly threatening me and my fiance for my family.we are going to marry on nov2016..and they continuously blackmailing us and threating us.

Hi , I have moved household item from Chennai to gurgaon by packers & movers .They told to delivered in 6-7 days but now more than 20 days passed and I didn't receive my goods. When I called they always say by tomorrow or by today it will reach...now they are not picking my phone ....now what action can I take kindly suggest...

I had joined as a Group B officer at Karnataka circle of BSNL on 2009. On transfer I joined Tamil nadu circle and still working in TN circle from 2012 onwards. But in the confirmation order of my batch of officers issued by Karnataka circle my name was missing and on enquiry they told that my order will be issued by TN circle. But TN circle has taken the stand that they will issue the order with date as 2014 only as I have joined in TN circle in 2012. I feel betrayed and feels it's my right to get my confirmation order dated 2011. Can I proceed with the case?

I have worked with an organization from June 2008 to Sept 2014 in a senior position . I have resigned own my own but my gratuity and f@f has not been settled till now . The company was funded by an mauritain based PE in 2007( they have significant investments in India )have a and they were holding major stake and other partners holding the remaining 30% ( approx. )there were two companies one was the parent company and other was the retail organization . I was with the parent company .
However , during 2015 , they have sold the retail company to an individual and I have no idea about the parent company , since it was formed for handling the procurement etc .
I understand that the parent company is still registered and operational , one of the earlier director is still holding the director post
Kindly guide me - how can I get my gratuity
2. can the earlier directors be hold responsible for non payment
3. what is the punishment for non payment of garuity
4. if the company is dissolved , how does the employee covered for compensation .
I have been following up for the payment thru mails and phone call , but there is non response yet .
Can u pls help me in drafting a notice to them . I don't want get in to too much legal battles , as I don't have time for that . Gratuity amount is to the tune of 5 lacs .Please help and guide

I was employed in one company in New Delhi From 15-Jan-2016 to 17-May-2016 he give me offer letter on mail but not provide the joining letter in this period then finally I am resigned the company on 17 may 2016 till my resignation everything is fine. after 3 days the management is send me mail your all work is wrong so please pay 2 lac penalty to company if you fail to pay money we will suit the case against you But my all work is right the management is check my work day by day after then management say my work is wrong I am to much take tension What Can I do please show me path.
