Pay protection

Thanks for taking up my query..

The thing is as follows

I was selected in IRS via UPSC exam and given a pay scale of 15600-39100 and GP 5400. or 21000 basic pay.
It was in November 2013 when I joined..

Then on 1July 2014, I got an increment of 3%. Thereby raising my salary to 21630/-

Then I again was selected in IAS which is having same pay scale and grade pay of 15600-39100 and 5400.

In our training of IAS we have to spent almost a year in LBSNAA Mussoorie where they give is a part of this salary as Salary Advance, it was 35000/- per month.

The salary arrears of the above which are remaining are to be taken from State Govt when we are posted there on District Training for almost a year .

I underwent the same ..

And

I applied for the pay protection for the single increment I had from my previous service of IRS.

Now I have denied this.

I want to know
1. the exact position of the rule...
2. Am I not eligible for this higher start of Salary...
3. They have quoted Rule 4 of IAS pay Rules, which I think doesn't debar me from this provision of pay protection.
4. If the State government has denied that to me what options I have and what should I do now?

Thanks again

Sachin

False FIR

Dear Sir,
I am working with a developer as an executive my job involves liasoning work.
Recently i was at one of site which is being redeveloped under SRA scheme wherein a chawl owner is claiming rights over the structures of some of our eligible tenants but he has cleverly filed recovery suits before Small Causes Court and suceeded in obtaining warrant of possession against those tenants but they are constantly filing appeals on each order he obtains.
In one such instance we had demolished the hut of our eligible tenant by giving him rent for transit accomodation in order to carry out construction work.
Now my problem is a couple of days ago the hut had been demolished in presence of the tenant himself. Aggrieved by this act the chawl owner shooted the whole demolition process and called on 100 No. thereafter the police have taken immidiete custody of our labor and in order to tell our stand to the police i visitef to the police station where the police took my contact no and after a warning allowed me to go but on next day they had called me to police station and informed me that i along with the labor and the tenant have been booked under IPC 427, 336 and FIR has been made already.
i am guessing that the chawl owner managed the officers due to some political pressure.
please guide me on following.
1) Can i get this FIR quashed.
2) Being merely an employee with no personal and physical presence at the time of demolition can this FIR is maintainable on me.
3) Will i get bail? & does it will affect my career.

Your guidence is highly appriciated.

thanks and regards

Epilepsy

Dear experts,

wife is suffer with the problem of Epilepsy since childhood. At the time of marriage neither the husband nor his parents were informed about the same. within a year of the marriage wife became pregnant and had some complications. during medical checkup the doctor asked about the history and the details of treatment taken for problem of Epilepsy but wife and her parents avoid to provide the papers. due to such problem of not providing the details of the treatment taken for the Epilepsy all most all the private medical practitioner refused to provide the treatment hence wife was admitted in government hospital wherein also the doctors asked rather forced the wife to provide the case papers of the treatment of Epilepsy hence she submitted the same before the doctor. At that time the husband very first time aware that since the childhood his wife is suffered with Epilepsy.

After the delivery the doctor advised not to go for second child. But after about two years the wife again became pregnant and she had hide the said fact from her husband for about more than four months. again after certain complications she gave birth to a child but after second delivery she often visited at her parents house and now since last about more than three years she resided at her parents house.

my query is that can a husband file a divorce on the ground of separation or can he file a a petition for declaration of his marriage as null and void as at the time of marriage he was not informed by the wife or her parents about the Epilepsy problem. How can he prove the same.

Dear experts kindly guide me.

Thanks in advance.
