Respected sir my mom is 60+[age] v had property and its turned into slum [mahada]system flats，where as my expired just before completion of bldg flats were given to all children [4kids]and even money was divided in equal share，模拟 now my brothers r not concerned with mom bcox they want to keep their wife happy.
Elder bro is residin with family at my mOMS house and he has given his flat on rent ,sometimes he harrases mom to sell her flat and give his share,but wen he leaves home his wife starts bad words harrassing her[she even says stripper to my mom thry r not leaving the house and going since4years they hav been staying and treating vey bad ,how can v remove them
Inspite of sayng several times they r not leaving house, my mom DId go to police but no fIR nor action has been taken .
Plzzz beg of u to help my mom or else she will die.

I have signed 2 years one sided bond in an IT company.
compensation amount is 2 lakh + 25% interest. as company stated that they are paying 20000 per month on our training.
company trained us only for 20 days and asked to go live on work.
now i need to leave the job.
i have joined 2 months before.
please advice.

Dear sir,
I had purchased the plot from the land owner in the year 2011. After purchasing the plot I had started the construction on the said plot from 2013. My plot ex owner has the plot adjoining to my plot. Since from the beginning of construction he started harresing me and demanded more money from me. Since I had done all the paper work properly ( like registered sale deed, 7/12 fer far in my name, etc) I never bothered of him. Final in 2015 he has filled a civil suit on me stating that I had encroach hi land. And demanded the stay on my on going construction from court. But court has rejected his request for stay. And now the case is pending. But this person has not stop harresing me. After getting failed from court he again started harresing me. This time he placed the notice board on my property stating that no should buy the property in this project Bcz he has filed the case on me on civil court . After that he had placed the banner all over in my llocality stating the same matter. After that he had painted the same matter on my building. The result of this was my all the booking has been cancelled. I had to refund all the money to the investor. Now I am totally lost.pls suggest me how should I take action against him.

regarding to a criminal SLP in the supreme court after receiving reply from the respondents on the notice issued by the hon'ble court-petitioner can file application seeking permission to submit additional ground. What are the drawbacks,advantages and conditions of said application.
When the evidences to prove the additional ground present in the petition file but instead of description of ground is not mentioned in the petition itself . then there is need to file said application?

i have purchase duplex in bhopal registry was done in august 2016 after 10 months over he has not giving possession, from last 10 month i m continuing requesting him to give possession he is saying come today tommorrow i will give possession he procastinate day and not giving possession. now he is saying you have to pay more service tax and vat now what should i do how i will get possession and whether i had to pay service tax as per today applicable rate or at a rate at the time of registry.kindly suggest me what to do.

hi there,
i got married in 2002. i have 4yr old son.my husband stays in gulf. he was not taking care of us.he won't come to house daily. some times even after 5 days he comes to house. he won't tell any thing abt it. he doesn't share any info about anything. for the last 5yr it is like that only.he always says i have so many problems. he has somking and drinking habbits and i don't know abt other things. if i call him he won't answer. even when we need some medical help he won't take care.he says u have money with you you can go to doctor.
so i came to india july 2015 along with my kid staying with my parents.but in jan we went back so that our visa shouldn;t expire as per my elders advice.
but he didn\'t changed he is like that only. earlier he deposited some money on my name. he forced me to give that money. i withdrew and gave that. now our visa is going to expire by end of june. he says he is not interest in us and he can't take care of us.he doesnt want to put the kid in school as its expensive there.
what should i do now? i don't know where he is staying and i even don;t have any source to know. email id and phone no. all that i have.
pl tell me how should i proceed for divorce. if he won\'t come to india what should i do? and how long it will take to get it.

Allotment of wrong car registration smart plate no
My son had a car in Hyderabad bearing Regn No AP82CD4906.During initial registration a life time tax of about Rs 95000 was paid in Hyderabad.The car has been moved to Kolkata in December and reregistered at Kolkata by paying as per rules again a life time tax of Rs 50000 plus incidental charges.Accordingly new Smart Card was issued from Kolkata incorporating the change in address of the owner in Kolkata and new Smart Number Plate was fixed.
IMPORTANT POINT- But interestingly new Registration No bearing WB NO was not given and the Registration No REMAINS the same OLD AP82CD4906.
When the Public Vehicle Officer was asked about this he intimated that this procedure is maintained and after 6 months the new Regn No bearing WB No will be given which means again a fee for new Smart Plate bearing new registration no will be charged.
The problem is more as meanwhile car insurance has to be renewed,
1) With the old Regn No of AP82CD4906(WB NO NOT YET ALLOTTED) the Insurance Companies IN KOLKATA will mention in Renewed Policy Document the Regn Office as Ranga Reddy in AP and NOT Kolkata in West Bengal which will be some deviation from fact as Andhra Pradesh REGN OFFICES HAVE NOW NO CONNECTION WITH THIS CAR AP82CD4906,AS AFTER ISSUANCE OF NO OBJECTION CERTFICATE FOR INTERSTATE TRANSFER THE NEW REGN OFFICE IS KOLKATA AND NOT ANY AP OFFICE.
The Insurance Companies view is that their computer setting will not permit any AP No having registration office in Kolkata(probably their view is correct)
My question is whether after receiving life time tax of Rs 50000 again in Kolkata WHY THE NEW Regn No bearing WB No will be not be issued immediately and whether KOLKATA OFFICE CAN ISSUE Smart Card bearing Andhra Number.
