Respected Expert,
Last week(22nd June) my friend purchased a plot(Land) and got it registered via sale deed in SRO office. Now he wants to cancel it due to some disputes. How can he cancel the sale deed? And does the stamp duty paid during sale deed will be refunded?

Issue here is that, after registration both vendor and my friend(vendee) came to know that some part of the land which is sold to my friend is already sold to someone else. Because of this my friend(vendee) with acceptance of vendor wants to cancel the registration(sale deed).
Now, how can he cancel the sale deed? And does the stamp duty paid during sale deed will be refunded?

If old committee has done irregularities and not taken any action against the member including MC member for complaint of illegal activity, can the new committee take action on the same. if yes under which rule same can be done.

Hi, Z has divroce case in family court. Her husband hacked her email id & took all details offer letter, bank statement from her email & presented in the court. She also showed all the details at the time of hearing . due to this monthly compensation was denyed to her. She file a FIR at cyber police station in Jan 2016 in main branch . They said that they will send query to near police station so you have to follow up with them. 4-5 times visiting police station , she did not got any response,& till date there is no reply
Each & every time they said that concern authority is not available for reply.
So what should be done to take action against him? how we can get details of hacking ?
Also her husband said that he knew passwords but its wrong.
please advice

Sir ..i am called for documents verification process for a state government job...and my obc cast certificate is from janjgir-champa district and my current permanent address is bilaspur distric but both are from chhattisgarh state . i want to know if I have to show permanent address proof of jamjgir-champa district as mentioned in my obc cast certificate or i have to show permanent address proof of bilaspur district where i live now .... and also i want to mention that i gave permanent address of bilaspur while filling the exam form.
Sir please help me and clear up my confusion .

He presented 1 page of chatting of her with different guy (X) & he showed that she having affair with X . But this is false she met with X on matrimonial site, met only once & X liked her. He said that he will marry with her , but X was not good he chatted only once vulgar with her. So she latter denied his proposal. Now should she accept or deny this at hearing
How we can prove that its a wrong.

I am really sorry sir please help me.I lodged FIR against one guy who was irritating me by his calls n texts via differnt numbers.now the case is in court under IPC 294.My FIR had three witnesses, one is my father n other is ma cousin bro n his friend.My cousin brother's friend does not know anything, while lodging FIR SHO asks for witness and my cousin brother shares my problem with his friend and he put downs his signature on FIR. The thing is we were unware about the fact that the case will be dragged in court.Now problem is my cousin brother's friend is not ready to give his statment.Please tellme is there any way to solve the case or is it possible to solve the case on my father's n cousin brothers statement?

A case against my relative resident of punjab u/s 379 IPC was registered at chandigarh. After trial accused were discharged from the court of JMIC in May 2011. But in April 2014 Chandigarh police station has sent the outcome of this case as a penalty/fine to the local police station. What should we do ? Pls guide

Meaning of "kept for cav"
Dear Sir,
I am appearing as a party in person in Gujarat Highcourt Case No : SCA 5648/2002.
After final hearing on 22-06-2016, my case is kept pending for judgement.
However, in the court's online details it is shown as "kept for CAV"
Kindly tell me the meaning of "kept for CAV".
