Change of lawyer

I have recently filed civil suit.Lawyer behaves in insulting manner.I have paid 50% of agreed fee.Defendent is yet to file reply.I want to change my lawyer.can I do it.what procedure I have to follow.Whether I have to pay full fee.or it is sufficient that 50 % fee already paid.

You can change your alwyer at any point of time and you need not pay him the balance fees either.

Take NOC from lawyer and then appoint new lawyer.

Then you cannot change lawyer.

You can change at any point of time. Engage another lawyer, if present lawyer does not give you NOC, your new lawyer would take necessary steps for submitting his Vakalatnasma.
