Property given through declaratio suit

Father had declared in declaration suit that house property be given to two sons.Accordingly court passed decree.Whether such decree requires registration and payment of stamp duty.

1. Proper Title-Documents (Sale Deed /Gift Deed) needs to be executed by paying Stamp Duty and Registration fees, to pass on Title-Ownership, to the receiver.

2. Declaration decree will not confer Title-Ownership, to the receiver, submit to conditions of the Decree.
