Sir, I have completed my Medical diploma. at the time of admission cg govt asked me to sign a bond to serve compulsory rural service for 2 year and they deposited all my original documents. they say that i will get my documents only after i complete the bond. Also they had mentioned in prospectus that they will give me joining within 3 months of completion of my tenure or course.
Also i m wiliing to join the service but 3 months have gone but they didn't give m joining order .does this comes as violation of bond rule and i am eligible for free from bond..because for 3 months i am jobless due to bond rules.. please help me .thank you.

I have 2 PAN nos. While I have been using only one for all my tax/other purposes since 8-10 years. But there were some IT returns filed under both earlier to that. Now when I applied for re-issue of PAN, IT department has sent a letter asking for justification. The other card was not surrendered as I was not using it anyway.
What can be done now?

In my mother's death certificate my father's name his misspelt.will that be an issue and how can I get it rectified.its registered in Mumbai.

Can bank transfer a disabled staff from his initial place of posting after 05 years of service at the initial posting branch, by telling that now "we r posting at your home place". Though i have not ask for the transfer, Due my medical need as disability concern is being well attended at gov't hospital, presently posted at. I requested for not transferring me by Placing the cause in front of authority in written. But the Bank didn't listen to.And transferred me. Please help.

A year ago I changed my name by adding middle name and last name to my first name for Applying passport Since, while making passports they suggested to add surname/last names. For that I contacted a local notary lawyer who told me to apply for affidavit of name change. As he suggested I did affidavit and also published in one local and one English news papers. After that I did my passport,PAN card with new name by providing affidavit and paper publication. All of my educational certificates, aadhar card, voter ID which I got have only my first name as I got those before name changing process. After getting job, company HR told it's not possible use the new name to record as they going to consider it from my marks cards. So, they recorded my first name only. So, Im having query about is it possible to make changes in marks card? If possible how much time it takes? And also I got know to about Gazette certification. Is it different from affidavit? Or same?
I just thought that it's better to solve it now if possible, rather than facing problems in future.
So, kindly requesting you to provide your suggestions on this.

I am an Indian born in Amritsar. My parents and I as a couple of years kid moved to lahore, pakistan. I have since renounced my Pakistani citizenship. How can I re-acquire my Indian Citizenship and get the ID Card for US Citizens of Indian origin. Please Help.

I booked apartment with a builder based on his sample flat. The BBA didn't reflect the very high specifications as displayed in the sample apartment but was assured of the replica.
Now the flat offered is a very low specifications one minus all the high end features in the sample house.
Builder now says that specifications as per BBA and has abided the rules.
A very costly flat has become Dearer
Please advise if selling the flat on the basis of sample house can verify challenged.

after Lodging ('a)' no. was alloted & against court fee memo amount of rs. 75000/-was paid via GRS mode. in bombay high court. following this registration no.(b) was alloted .
after 20 days on Court website we found "FIRST Notice issued " info. against our case..
Q. since Lodging no. was given Registration no. does it mean all doc. along with ORIGINAL WILL is deposited in court ?
Q whether "FIRST NOTICE " is notice to HEIRS ?
pl guide us through all the STAGES that office of court takes following Regisration .
NOTE :- i request this because the appointed ADVOCATE is very RESERVED in providing info. (pl escuse)!

I HAVE MADE AN RTI LETTER TO THE GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION ABOUT A MATTER RELATED TO CORRUPTION OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS INCLUDING SOME OUTSIDER. THE CASE IS THE INFORMATION WHICH I ASKED MAY REVEALS SOME BAD THINGS/CORRUPTION OF THE OUTSIDER AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.
AFTER 3 DAYS OF SENDING THE LETTER I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THE OUTSIDER BY DIFFERENT SOURCES WHICH IS HARD TO PROOF. THE LICK OF RTI LETTER BY GOVERNMENT OFFICERS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO ME. WHAT STEPS TO BE TAKEN.
WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE GIVE YOUR OPINION.

Police complaint to register for under section498A
My daughter in law had lodged a complaint for fir under 498 against me and my son.it was lodged in Feb.2014. After three enquirers by Ludhiana police, the complaint was transferred to Panchkula police after taking DA legal opinion who opined that since the alleged incident has taken place at Panchkula,Ludhiana police has no jurisdiction. Panchkula police conducted two enquirers and exonerated us and complaint was filed. But she got the complaint recalled to Ludhiana once again and now police have reopened enquiry once again.she had earlier approached high court also against Ludhiana police where Ludhiana police submitted affidavit that the complaint does not fall in their jurisdiction.later on she withdrew that petition.My query is 1. Can Ludhiana police conduct a re enquiry after submitting in high court about non jurisdiction? 2. How many times the same complaint can be investigated? This is the sixth enquiry. Is there any time limit upto which the complaint can be kept alive. 3. Can Ludhiana police recall the complaint and initiate enquiry when Panchkula police has already filed it after conducting two enquirers in our favour
