Hi i have filed a divorce on grounds of cruelty on my husband as he refused a MCD. It is a case of DV and i am forced to file for divorce as my husband is too adamant to seek professional help or make any changes to his ways.
I have heard about mediation & really want to know if mediation/counselling is compulsory in contested divorce? My husband and i both are working in UAE so will we have to attend the counselling or can one of us skip it for any reason? I really hope it can save our marriage somehow and want my husband to be present.
Kindly advice

A NRI was allotted a flat by Omex faridabad in 2005. Though as per Buyer's agreement the possession was to be given in 3 years, offer for temporary possession for getting furnishing was offered in June 2014; the actual possession has been given now in 2016. Total cost of the flat was rs 32 lakh, which is being sold in Rs 48 Lakh. Pl advise the rate and amount on which TDS will be deducted i.e it will be on RS 16 Lakh or Rs 48 Lakh.Pl advise relevant section of IT Act.

At your page,"all judgements where maintenance denied to wives" list of such judgements are provided, that is wonderful help. But some of the judgements of that list does not bear the citation number. Kindly provide link of judgements with that. Thank You
temporary injunction
We have a joint property in our father name, my father died interstate (without any will). My elder brother is not honest in his approach. He wanted to grab this land and might be sell to someone else.
So what is the procedure so that the land gets transfer in our name?
Front property is comercial and back property is resedential he wanted to take the property of front. Back property is 1/4 times the front property. I am living in noida and he is living in the town where are property is situated.
I have heard scary story of the property that he can seel the front property to someone else and he will not give you any road. Back property will be completely isolated without any road from the main road.
So Can I saved my right so that he will not sell the land?
I have heard two things one is partition suits and another is temporary injuction...
In partition sutits we have to give the stamp duty according to your share.
How to save my rights?
Any help would be helpul.
The property is in town bahereri distt Bareilly (u.P.)
