Is it possible to send a divorce petition by post for the other party to sign? My husband and his family are not ready to come to my place of residence and sign. They are demanding the petition to be sent via post. Is this even possible? My lawyer says we both have to come and sign together. Kindly advice.

Hi experts,
I'm Praveen... I came here to get your opinion on our on going case to vacate our tenant...
We have given our space to tenant to run the shop (textile shop). Made agreement in the year 2000 by my grandpa for 3 years. From 2004 he didn't renewed the agreement. Grandpa passed away in the year 2009. There after my father asking him to vacate but tenant refuses to do so. My father filed a case in Madurai district court in the year 2011. Now For past 1.5 years to 2 years tenant didn't paid the rent... Knowing that the judge asked him to pay the pending rents to us before next hearing (i.e 7th sep 2016)... Since the tenant can't able to pay such a bulk amount, he come down and said that he will vacate the place after Diwali, and he needs 3 lacs cash + 1 lac of his advance. Also tenant asking asking us to withdraw the case before hearing...
Experts, we need your suggestion to go forward. Our opinion is to vacate the tenant without withdrawing the case... Kindly guide us please.. Thanks in advance....
Thanks
Praveen

Sirs,
I purchased a 300 square yard built up house in Freedom Fighters Enclave in Delhi in the year 2002 but now the house is falling apart due to faulty construction and poor design.
Since this colony has not yet been regularized by the authorities I wanted to know if there is any procedure by which I can legally reconstruct the house and with what limitations?
I do not wish to get into the cycle of bribery and corruption by paying off lower members of public authority.
Although this (illegal construction by selected local builders) has been going on everywhere within the colony and the surrounding ridge areas?

HI,
My story is that I went to register a case of assault and damage to property against a stranger following a road accident at
PS Neb Sarai. Unfortunately I had called up the PCR at a place within PS Mehrauli's jurisdiction.
The reader at Neb Sarai said there was no diary entry and that I should first get mehrauli police to transfer the entry.
A Head constable then started to act very rudely and began to argue with me about the complaint being 3 days late. There are
good reasons for this, being my office hours and that I am recovering from an ankle fracture.
I said I would complain to the DCP if he didn't behave whereupon this guy threatened to lock me up and beat me.
I complained to the SHO, who has assured me action on the original case but not against his own constable.
My question is:
1.) Am I supposed to know about the internal administrative procedures of the police and get the diary entry transferred
myself?
2.)Should I forget about the constable's misbehavior, drink up the insults he offered and continue to eke out my existence like an insect under this overwhelming system?
3.)Is there any legal redressal for such police abuse of power?
