i specifically and categorically mention that 'do parent of bride can file suit/petition on their own without involving their daughter aginst family of groom?' [mean to say without involving her as an one of petitioner of the petition - hope this may clarify my point of asking]

b.goheel,better be specific as every suit or petition has its own grounds and the remedy under various kinds of laws.Suit/petition is too general for an answer, so better be specific.
