I want to know that if NBW is being declared against the party under the section 306 and the party flew from his residential address where police raid for arresting but could not then what is the possibility of getting bail without getting arrested?? Urgent suggestion is needed.

I was falsely charged in a cross fir with section 323/341. Earlier I had filed an fir against them u/s 308/334. Now both parties have agreed to get fir's quashed from high court. Will I be eligible for civil services such as IPS, IAS etc after quashing?

Hi Team need you help,
I had given my services to Sai Softek Service Pvt. Ltd. from 21st November 2013 to 2nd November 2015 and worked in US Accounting department.
Sai Softek had plan to relocate the US Accounting department from Pune to Chennai, because in Chennai they had a sister concern company named Saicle1. Saicle1 is a medical billing BPO which is working 24 into 7. For cost saving Sai Softek planned to move theUS Accounting department from Pune to Chennai and their expectation from me was to move along with the department, which was not feasible for me.
While I was working with Sai Softek Service Pvt Ltd, I searched for other options in Pune itself and resigned in the 1st week of October to join DSR Infotech Ltd, my notice period to be served was 2 months, however as I had to join DSR Infotech sooner I bargained for a month notice period in Sai Softek. Later, when they couldn�t get any back up for my position they asked me to be with them until they hire a new colleague and get him trained completely on the process, which as per them would have taken another 2 months. So, technically they asked me to serve a notice period of 4 months, after I served notice period of a month, they withheld my salary and asked me to sign a contract wherein they stated that I will be serving the company for another 3 months or until the new hire was completely trained.
As, I was supposed to join DSR sooner (being getting a better opportunity and also ask from Sai Softek was not appropriate), I decided to quit and joined DSR, I explained the situation to my new company and they understood the situation and just asked for my resignation letter for documentation purpose. Since then I am requesting Sai Softek to provide me the Salary and the experience letter, but they are denying me the same.
I emailed them couple of times, also called them up, to clear any dues pertaining to my not being able to serve the notice period as they asked in monetary terms, I also went to the office to meet HR in person, however they are not responding to any of my concern raised. In near future I am planning to file a case against Sai Softek for keeping me away from my due and providing negative verification against me to other organization.
Plz help me to how to file a case or what should I do now?

Sir,can first wife get both job and pension to herself or job to her son and pension to her with out the permission of second wife and second wives son as all the four of them are legal heirs.sir i heard that all should agree for job or pension.sir actually second marriage took place with consent of first wife.they agreed as pension to second wife job to first wives son.but in office they say second wife son can get job but second wife will not get pension.second wife says that she needs full pension in separate account or job to her son.sir why can't the government give benifits as per compromised agreement.can a court give order as full pension to second wife as no one has objection? now all of them are in confusion.sir please help by giving valuable suggestion. Thank you.

I had a loan of amount Rs 4.0 lacs from PNB kanpur branch in 2006 to furnish my higher education. At that time the said ROI was 10% which later became 13.5%.
I completed by education in Aug 2010. I got my job in 2011. I was asked to pay Rs7000/- as EMI which I paid. In 2012 I had to go for higher studies and hence during that period I could not pay the EMI as I was not getting any salary so I requested the branch manager to provide me little grace time so that I can repay it properly. But that was denied . in 2013 April I got good job and I asked bank about EMI they asked to pay the emi of Rs.10015/- which was paid from my end on a regular basis without any lapse till march 2015. I got NPA notice in dec 2015 and asked to deposit the due interest (might be for period of 1 year on when I was persuing MBA). I deposited the same amount.
As per statement in Feb 2011 the outstanding principal was Rs 3.95 lacs and interest was Rs 1.33 lacs. In march 2011 principal remains same (Rs. 3.95 lacs) and interest increases to Rs 2.66 lacs.
My father went to branch to know the exact EMI which I needed to pay but all time he was sent back without providing any information and asking him to visit again and again. Since 2010 I dint know how much is my EMI and tenure
I called customer care as well they told me that My EMI is Rs. 4958 only which makes no sense as My outstanding was so heavy. I was told by the manager to pay the lump-some amount as EMI's until I come to know exact EMI amount and tenure.
Then finally I wrote to bank via email to know the exact emi and tenure but no response then I sent reminder . In april 2015 I received a letter only stating the lower emi some 5k + amount that too with out any tenure(The letter is lost some how from my end) Then I decided not to pay EMIs until i get correct information from bank and same I wrote to bank. Meanhwhile My father was asked to pay some odd amount to get the account out of NPA(for bank perspective) and was promised for settlement b. He paid the money time to time but no support from bank side. Bank is sending letter for recovery and saying amount 5.3 lcs+interest howvever I had already paid 3.8 lacs need guidance to clear this as I want to repay but with this kind of amount not possible as my 50% salary goes for other Emi +rent and all.I took PL to settle the amount but no support from PNB bank. Kindly suggest what can be done. I stopped paying because of casual behaviour from BANK. They have sent a notice to bank where I work for recovery.

Dear Experts,
My father debarred me from my legal rights on his property on the basis of false Charges of abusing etc, to give benefits to his family from second wife. my query is that is public notice in news paper is sufficient to debarred me. I also want to know that can I challenge this disown and debarred notice in court.
