Dear Sir,
I have filed RTI application by asking funds released by state and central govt,.and expenses incured by panchayat from April,2013 to June,2016 on 28th July,2016. But I did not receive any information from PIO as on date.
Hence i have filed first appeal to the collectrate concerned. If the first appelate also may not respond on my application, where can i file a case and how to go ahead to get the info? Please advice.

I had an inter caste marrage in 1999.i got divorced in 2010 .my son now is 14yr old. I would like to know if i can change his surname from his father's surname to my maiden surname. I have changed my name to maiden name

I am a muslim man married to X (age 26) who is also a muslim girl for the last 5 years. We have a child (boy) aged about 4 years. 4 months ago my wife X had an affair with Y and ran away with him keeping the child in my home. I immediately lodged an FIR before the Police which they registered U/S 366 of IPC against Y. After 15 days Police manage to find both of them and produce them before the CJM. On the statement of 164 CrPC of X she stated on oath that she had solemnized court marriage with Y and thus Y was allowed to go on bail and also acquitted of the charge and Police also filed a final report instead of charge sheet. Now Y left X as he was already married before. Now X is filing a complaint case against me U/S 19,20,21,22 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, before the court of Additional CJM of the same district. And in her evidence of this case she said that the statement which she gave before was false just to save the accused. Is she allowed to get the custody of child or any compensation which she is claiming. Please, refer judgements on your reply.

One Shop Name Is M/S Raj Medicals under the proprietorship and the name of Prpprietor is named Rajnish Kumar . Now my question is can raj medicals and Rajnish Kumar both will charged u/s 420 as no.1 as well as no.2.

Hai all Is it possible to get a court order to take my son with me for atleast 1 day ,day time. My wife staying away with 1 year old son for not any valid reasons. Is there any law or possiblity for me as first natural gaurdian. Lawyers please guide.

My advocate has filed case u/s 406, 409, 420 R/W 506 of IPC. Court has been sending summon to accused on his address where he is not staying any more. Police is not showing interest. We have information that this person is hiding in Delhi. We have filed complain in Mumbai and this person and we are resident of Mumbai. Why court is not issuing arrest warrant even after one year of absence of accused?

Dear Lawyers,
My wife has filed CrPC 125 petition in Bhavnagar (Gujarat) family court where she belongs. This was our 2nd marriage. She was widow and i was divorced (Mutual). 2nd marriage was happened in August-2013 at her location (Bhavnagar-Gujarat) in the Hindu temple. My family and her family were part of that occasion.
Then we both shifted to Pune-Maharashtra as i am working here in Pune. After some time disputes have been started and she decided to leave my pune home, as she could not survive in metro city environment due to language issues. She was from rural area. FInally she left me on 28th January 2016 with her parent.
Now she has filed a CrPC 125 case for maintenance based on my salary. She asked Rs. 50k as an interim and Rs. 75k as life time maintenance. First hearing was on 22nd September 2016 at Bhavnagar family court. Which i could not attended as i was on official trip to Bangalore. I have sent a letter to Family court for the same. Now 2nd hearing date is on 3rd October 2016. WHich i am planning to appear.
Kindly advice me what are the steps i need to consider prior to appear. Also suggest steps to follows.
