my father buy a plot in 1998 of 252 gajj in haryana after we shifted to gujarat and the deed of the plot where done in 2005 but the intaqal was not done at that time due to lack of knowledge now the owner of the land from which we purchased the land is now denying to do registry again and demanding money again now what can i do

We are the teanant who is doing Medical business at thrissur , Kerala. We have issue with Onwer of the building on the Rent sie and he wanted to vacte us . there is case running for the same . He indulge an activity in our EB connection by diverting the Connection from the EB to our room connection by avoiding Meter. He himself informed the Vigilence by stating that eletricity theft happening in our connection , interms vigilence visted the sight where the meter was kept under lock and key by the owner . while doing the full investigation they found that the meter is tappered and connection in illegal manner to our rooom . as action they disconnected our connection and put a penalty on the building owner . The intention of the owner to force to vacate by cutting the EB . in this scenrio how we can get the EB connection to be restore where the Building owner refuse to pay the penalyt and other charges . Please direct us

Ok, But where I should search for him? More how many days it'll take for me to get divorce??? I'm in dilemma now...
He's wandering around us only and wantedly not attending the court without staying at one place and moreover not receiving the summons wantedly wasting my time and time of the court wantedly. He's moreover saying that court can't do anything till he attends the court. That point he's fixing in his mind and playing drama.

Am from kurnool andhrapradesh.. yesterday my mother passed away in pvt Hospital due to cardiac arrest..( not covid dead ) we stay in rented home ...our landlord not allowing body of my mother corridor of my rented house ..as per hindhu tradition we have to do Pooja and take to mahaprastanam and final ritual rites ....is there any Indian law dead body not allowing to rented houses ...as we are in sad they did not understand the situation....

I am an Indian citizen married to Iranian woman and she is on stay (spouse) visa and we are living together since 2 years. We are preceding with OCI. I want to gift her 50% of my property or want to make a WILL in her name while she is on stay visa. Is it possible? If not, then is it possible once she recieves the OCI?
