my husband has illegal relationship with one lady and has an issue with her. he has filed divorce case but case is rejected by family court and he appealed in higher court. i dont have proof of marriage of him with that lady but have birth certificate of child. will he punished by 494 act.

Sir, this is EDAYATH.
i want to correct my name in 10th and inter and degree.
In all my relevant documents my name is AS SHAIK EDEITH.
BUT MY CORRECT SPELL IS SHAIK EDAYATH.
IT WAS PARENTAL MISTAKE. AND IN ALL MY SCHOOL RECORDS IT WAS AS SHAIK EDEITH.
BUT I WANT TO CORRECT IT AS SHAIK EDAYATH.
BUT IN DEO OFFICE THEY ARE TELLING IT WAS NOT CORRECTION IT WAS CHANGING NAME AND THEY RETURNED MY APPLICATION DUE TO LACK OF EVIDENCE.

sir my parents earned one property open plot in 2000 year. and they sold it with out my knowledge. the purchaser already done registration and he build up house also actually he cheated the actual value of land is 1900000. but he purcha sed at 11lks. Due to some family misunderstandings my parents now against to me and they did it. Am 1 elder son and I have 2 sisters. is their any source to proceed legally

Priya she s divorce wd her first husband have two kids.now she married second one.for her second husband his first wife s alive.now question is.
his first wife abusing priya by calling and sending messages and threatened priya s mother too..what kind of action can take by priya?because her husband gud towards priya n her kids..he can't even ready to tk divorce wd his first wife. Need suggestions

Iam 18 and my boyfriend is 19. We were in a relationship for about 2 years which involved the physical relationship too. Now he has lost interest in me but iam pregnant. Both our parents spoke and they have agreed to make us get married after 5 years but he says that he doesn't love me anymore and is gonna marry me only because im pregnant and has told me to abort the child and he will marry after he few years. I have lost my trust in him and I wnna marry him or start living with him right away from now itself never mind I abort the child or not. What can be legally done?

Dont have anybody to pay my bail
Respected members i will soon be charged with 498a , i coudnt find anyone who can pay my bail. Wil i get jailed? Do i still have an option to pay my own bail. Someone told me bail can be taken by signing a bond. How much money will it cost and wats the procedure, kindly help
