I am an Indian citizen and was working and living in the US for many years. I am visiting India for some time and qualify under the RNOR category.
I have been transferring money for my personal, day-to-day use from my US bank account to my India bank account. I have already paid taxes on this money in the US.
Do I owe any taxes in India on this inward remittance? I have no India based income.

Question 1 : Can a individual apply for bail seperately or he have to apply along with the co accused whose name have been mentioned.in FIR
Question 2 : is it mandatory to apply 7 days notice to P P and. DCP. And can it be waved off by PP if he don't reply on notice of 7 days

We live on the 3rd floor of a of a 3 storey building. We get water through overhead tank, once the water is supplied the entire water due to gravity goes to ground floor and we are hardly receiving 300ltrs of water for 2 days. The pipe that supplies water from the overhead tank is of the same width across all 4 floor. Is there any law for equal distribution of water across all floors?

I have a very irritating neighbour, his dog always poops on my car ramp so today I confronted him and he started shouting at me and he threatened me that he would destroy the car ramp as it is build on road please tell me what should I do , also I am not the only one who has a car ramp in the colony but he is threatening me ... Dear All learned Advocates,
I am too much thankful to all of you my answers my old queries!
I have experienced few cases and seen multiple cases of hospitals carelessnesses..
Once patient was admitted in hospital at moradabad after getting referred by another doctor in critical state. After few days of care they requested for discharge..even though patient was not in even safe zone. Now my problem was, while i was searching for anthe feasible options, i found day the patient was without ventilator and without monitoring system in ICU, the patient before was in talkative state, but afterwards the patient become uncancious state. When I asked from hospitals they provided lame and unsatisfacctory excuses. My problem was patient was in irrecoverable state. As patient remains in ICU, they dont allow all the time to enter into ICU, so only on fixed schedule , we can enter into ICU.
Now my the patient has been expired and last rights has happened.
Now my question is , in such situation how to manage the ensure patient is in acceptable situation, at least ? I experienced in Moradabad, but I heard several cases where hospitals act in such manner with patients due to unknown reasons , one could be financial gain or some other.
