Respected Sir,
Distributor 'X' purchased goods from Company 'Y'. I received goods from 'X' and sold them to retailers. I deposit all cash collected on account of sales to 'X' in the evening. I got commission on the basis of my sales. My annual commission amounts to INR 87,600.00(approx.) though my daily average sales is INR 40,000.00 and consequently average annual sales comes to INR 1,46,00,000.00. Invoice is raised by 'X' on retailers. My name appears on the invoice as Sales agent.
Is it required to get me registered in GST Act? Whether I am a seller or Service Provider?
Please advise me.

Hi,
I have purchased a CAR in year 2012 from Indore by Mr. Praveen Kumar Khosla. The deal was finalized in 3,92,000 Rs out of which I paid 1, 30,000 Rs in cheque 61,000 Rs in cash and rest 2,01,763 Thousand was outstanding amount on Car loan from HDFC bank on Vehicle. As per the deal document, i had to pay the Load amount which I paid and finished the loan amount in September 2014. After the loan payment I kept asking the ex-owner regarding the NOC from the BANK so that i can register the car on my name, but this guy always came up with some excuses and never gave me clear answer for NOC. I connected with HDFC bank and got to know that the NOC cannt be generated because Mr. Praveen Khosla has some dispute with the Bank regarding non payment of a credit card. I am stuck as Mr Praveen is saying that he is in legal battle with the bank and cant provide me the NOC. it is more than 3.5 years and I cant register the car on my name nor I can sell it.
I need urgent help in this regard.

Dear Sir,
As our plot in village area was captured by land grabbers and next day we complaint to police but the police done chapter case and not taken any action. The police given them long solvency bail on magistrate form. Now we moved forward to court for filling case against them but our lawyer took so much time and didnt file case against him stating that you dont have proper documents and I need the case documents filled at police station. We tried to communicate to police for documents but police has also taken time to provide us the documents. After that we gave the documents to our lawyer for filling our case. Before our lawyer file the case the land grabber has filled case against us and send us the notice on saturday that we have to present at the place for panchnama of the place. We were presence there for panchnama but the person who came for panchnama was corrupted and done subplotting on paper stating that there is two plots instead of one. As all people has one plot in the parallel line then how could they do the sub-plotting ? We have original land purcahse deed, land record paper from land record office and all nominee's NOC notarized etc. The land grabber has house tax purchi given by talati and grampanchayat dakhla given by village sarpanch.
Now against there suit we file counter claim, stay order application and order 7 rule 11 application. But, the order 7 rule 11 was dismissed by judge (showing that cause of action). As we have complaint to police earlier is that come to cause of action ?
Can we go for appeal against rejected order 7 rule 11 ? If we go for appeal do we have to go high court or lower court ?
If we dont go for appeal what is the disadvantage will cause in our case ?

Is it necessary for plaintiff to prove his possession in suit schedule property to get ownership in declaration suit?

I am caught for drink and drive last night, police seized my vehicle and kept in police station and issued me a notice to attend case in court, Wat should i do sir?? Will I face serious consequences,,? I have only learner's license, should I go with the police si to the court as they guided me to just pay the fine or should I hire a lawyer for this issue, I'm really worried sir, please help me

As per bye-laws is there any age limit beyond which one should not hold any position as office bearer of apartment / condominium registered under MOFA Act in Maharashtra.

Judgement copy
Sir, If a case is disposed by a Hon'ble Judge in High Court before 10 days, what is the approximate time further taken to get Judgement Copy?? If a Hon'ble Judge is relieved or transferred to other area in the mean while, before proceeding on to take new duties, what will happen to the disposed cases wherein no Judgment copy is still not available??
