Hi Sirs
I had a personal loans CC from Saudi Arabia in Saudi Hollandi bank.
Two years back I am come to Indian on a annual vacation. Unfortunately I can't go back to Saudi.and I can't fulfill my loans also.
After one year I goes to Dubai for a job and settled there .
Now I got a call from Bilkish and they are said to me settled the amount within a time period if not they will pick me from there and drop to Saudi .
Can you advise me to how can they trap me there in Dubai.

Educational Documents has different birth date and spelling mistake in surname then how can i apply for passport ?
My name is Rajeshkumar C Koladiya & DOB : 19-05-1997 And i want to apply for fresh passport .. .
But Problem is that There is some Spelling Mistake .
In my Educational Documents like L.C and 10th & 12th certificate has spelling mistake in surname and birth date ....
in my Educational documents
Name : KOLDIYA RAJESHKUMAR CHANDUBHAI
And
DOB : 02-06-1997
And All other Documents (Aadhar card , pan card , birth certificate ration card)
Name : KOLADIYA RAJESHKUMAR CHANDUBHAI
and
DOB : 19-05-1997 which is right what i have to do ..

Dear sir, My name is chahat kumar and i am peon in the judicial departement sirsa, haryana from 15/03/2013, and on dated 22/03/2016 i was posted as a chowkidar in sud division elenabad court and on dated 27/04/2016 in the court had an incident of theft and break, then i was chowkidar and on 06/05/2016 i was suspended continew to still today, but in theft and break case nothing was lost on court property and where is my duty all the area safe and i was on duty on that night but they put allegation on me i am not taking round in12.05am to 05.45am(cctv) and on the behalf of that reason they suspended me and started the departmental enquiry but where i am taking round there was no one camera installed so that was footage are not available of that area, i have also evidence but the enquiry officer never mention in his report about my evedence and my defence evidence on that night and he did it enquiry against me without any reason or any strong evidence that is totally wrongfull act of inquiry officer, they have also personal intention agaist me because i have many of time raised my voice against courrpotion in department and also write letter to the pm and rastpati g but they preasureise me and i was sent back my comlaint and after that they started my transfers again and again they posted my as a chowkidar and giving harrasment by taking duty 24 to 72 hours contineusly without any luch break and any sleeping, and still i was suspended without any reason and many of time i was write application for increase subsistance allownce as per rule but after 1.5 years they only giving me 50 percent of my salary and whole life my spoiling, please dear sir guide me in this regard what should i do, and how can i fight, and how to get my all benifit and all the salary and benifit of my suspension period,(they never called me for mark attacdence i am going in a week but they never recored my attendence sir) please help me i am belong to very poor family sir

I work in am autonomous hospital in Delhi. I opted for an NOC to appear in an entrance exam to pursue MSc Nsg. but the hospital had issued an NOC stating that it will not grant any study leaves incase of selection. I want to ask can an autonomous body issue such an NOC? Can I challenge it? I list admission this year even after I cleared the entrance exam since the hospital refused for study leaves basis the noc.

I need some advice related to POA .. My mother in good faith had given POA to one of her elder brother.. Now he has misused the POA and has registered some part of property jointly owned by my mother.
My mother feel very cheated and is completely shattered. Not for the fact that she lost some property but due to the lost trust factor.
Is it possible to cancel the changes he has done using POA? Please suggest.

I have invested in Amrapali Aadya Trading and Investment Pvt. Ltd., and I was given deceitful information about my Transaction profit and siphoned off total invested money by trading in Currency Dollar Trading.
Mean while the company operation was suspended by SEBI, Now I have taken up the false and misleading information to NSE.

Corruption in a private establishment
If there is a demand for bribery in a Government Office, one can approach vigilance, anti-corruption bureau etc. But if there is corruption in a private school, whom can one approach? Salary for a temporary teacher in a private school in Tamilnadu comes through Government grant. The Principal of the school (a lady) is demanding a cut to pass the salary cheque of the teacher. The teacher wants to catch her by laying a trap or by other means even risking her own employment. Whom can she approach?
