Sir,
I drafted my complaint and filed it in consumer forum. After nearly 6 dates now the opposite party which are the college and college secretary have appointed advocate and the advocate given copy to me making false allegations:
1. That I am characterless person.
2. That I line maar to teachers and girl classmates.
3. That I used to send whatsapp messages to teachers.
4. That I used to give miss calls to one of my classmates.
Thease are all false. And I don’t know how to prove it. Judge has told me to file affidavit and reply to the version of the op 1 and 2.
In my prayer I have asked only,
1. Marks cards.
2. Fees to be given back to me which I paid to the op 1 and op 2.
3. Damages and compensation.
They are in one way doing character assassination of mine. So in this case what to do? Can you please guide me?

If a stranger purchaser purchases the undivided shares in a HUF immovable property, is there any time limit fixed by law for him to file a suit for general partition and possession against those coparceners who have not sold their undivided shares.I am told that the stranger purchaser has to file such a suit within 6 years from the date of his purchase of the undivided shares. Kindly guide.

Sirs and Madams,
I have posted here with my problem. Nobody replied.
I have been very strangely accused of giving miss calls to my classmate who I have caught bringing copy chit to exam hall. I immediately reported to the invigilator. And she was sent out of the classroom. Now my classmate who got debarred from exams has filed a complaint in police station that since she did not pick my calls I have given false complaint about her to invigilator that she was copying in exam. Police yesterday have called on my cellphone and asked me to come and meet the Sub Inspector. I was not at home so I told I cannot come. Later I talk to a advocate who told that if they call again ask them to send complaint copy to your address. The police constable called again. and I told as I was told to do by the advocate. Upon listening this, he said tell me your home address. I did not tell my home address. I just told I want copy of the complaint which my classmate has given. He told he will somehow send me police notice. I said OK. When I get notice, I will reply through advocate like that I told and kept. Now why I am writing this is, I want to know whether my classmates point will hold water. Because I never called her even once. On the other hand she was texting me on whatsapp and I was not responding at all, as she was bothering too much I replied two times. My version is this. That Never did I call her, nor did I text her. It was she who texted me. To which I responded once or twice. But there was nothing more than that. But she is linking her copy chit to me giivng miss call to her which never happened. The text messages over whatsapp happened 2 years back. And our exams were in december last year.
Though I have not called my classmate even once also. I dont have her number. They simply accusing me of something which I did not do. FIR registered or not I dont know. I have not received any police notice.
Please seniors, gurus, learned men and advocates help me out.

I joined a company (on 27th Sept 2017) .(based out of Bangalore India) and was asked to join in Delhi location. After working there for around 2 and half months I faced many HR related issues like salary getting credited after 20 days, non-providence of Salary Slips, Travel expenses not getting credited etc..So, in the best interest of myself, I resigned. I was open to serve the notice period and asked my manager that I can serve full one month's notice period. But my manager, who is the Senior Zonal Manager, said that my resignation has been accepted and I was not in need of serving my notice period and my Full and Final wont be affected. I was very punctual after my resignation and fulfilled all my handover duties like submitting my Tablet and passing on the leads. I have been supporting them till now with their leads and routing all the leads to my manager Now after resigning in the month of December 2017, I have been continuously asking them for my salary slips and FNF...They released some amount in the month of February but are still unnecessarily holding some amount along with all my salary slips. Please suggest in order to get back my dues

Dear Sir,
I could not able to find the definition of Term Loan, so can anyone help me in this regard. As where I can find its inception and other related information as it is found in Union List, as per Constitution of India, 1950, as per Item No.38. But i failed to obtain its official Definition, so please help me in this regard.

Mutual partition of residencial land property of my father was done in written among our brothers & sister. Is it a valid document without registration & acceptable to Municipality for seperate mutation .

My father filed civil case claiming his removal was illegal and recovery of bonus and gratuity in 2003 he died in 2004 and our family members were included in the case it came for arguments now, the defendants haven't filed any evidence and know arguing that this case does not fall under jurisdiction of the court all these years they never confronted even in written statement filed by them please guide me how we can confront their arguments now please reply at the earliest

Hi...
The incident is regarding a friend of mine.
He was into a live in relationship wth a lady for 5 yrs and they had a child from the relationship .The child is now 3 yrs old and they all are staying separately since 2015 .
Apparently the lady was married earlier nd had hidden the same from my friend and started living together . My friend tried and wanted to do court marraige with the lady however somehow the lady avoided ..in the interim the lady gets pregnant and gives birth to a daughter . My friend accepted the child and they were all living like married couple with kid. Post few yrs this friend of mine realised the lady was having an affair with another guy and thats when situations became worse and they decided to part ways.The lady took the child and left my friend in 2015 . There were no evidence of any marraige between 2 and no pictures nothing were there. The lady took all jewellery all household stuffs and went off and My friend made her sign in court paper that these stuffs she had taken.. My friend out of humanity pays 5000 every month for the child and still continues even now.
Now apparently the lady is staying wth another man now ( no idea whether married or not )
Now, the lady in 2017 lodged a 498 against my friend .
My friend appeared in the 1st hearing this yr April but the lady did not turn up
Now the qstion is
1. Is the Live in relationship in this scenario legitimate
2. Can a woman aftr 1 yr of break up and after staying with another man in the interim do a 498 against my friend
3. What is the main motive of the woman in this case
4. Can the man marry in this situation even before the charges are not waived off from him
The guy is already 42 and doesnt want to waste time further can he marry in kolkata now
Would be highly obliged if we get an answer
