In a 498A case there r two 161 statements were recorded by 2 different I.Os.. 2nd statement is with high improvements. Charge sheet filed matter is on trial.. Which one has to be considered??? Any citation???

How do spiritual persons make their names affidavit to something like ''Swami'' in prefix thereafter the name without a proper surname?

My father in law made a registered will we have applied for probate in 2016. In sister in law filled a caveat without affidavit the prothnotarry given him time for filling affidavit they have not filled affidate the matter goes.for summons issued after as disposed but they filled debate but we have not received cevate paper how we can get that what will be the next pross

'A' father gifted his immovable property to 'B' son.,through irrevocable gift deed.
On the next day itself he cancelled the gift deed unanimously and gifted the same property to ' c' another son.
B filed a declaration suit asking to declare the cancellation deed and the gift deed excuted by the father 'A' to 'C' null and void.
B was succeeded in the case i.e in the sub court and the district court.
Now the matter is pending before high court for second appeal.
Meanwhile B Applied for patta transfer based on the decree of the district court.
But the tashildar rejected the application stating that "the matter is pending before high court,so we cannot issue patta".
1)Can a tashildar reject the application of patta transfer if the suit is pending before high court for second appeal?
2) if not what is the remedy?

i am a working woman, i and my husband co-own a flat. i am not paying the EMI for the house only my husband is paying the EMI. i am not contributing financially in any way. my husband sent an email to me stating that if i don't share the EMI, he is bound to remove my ownership from the flat. is that possible, can i loose my ownership ? will this email constitute as DV towards me ? please advise

Dear sirs, one 67 years man studied in British schools belongs to Christian-dalit now in 2015 converted to budhism only to get benefits of sc reservation to his children. UP to now his children belongs to BCC category. In 2016 father died. Now children are trying to get sc caste certificate from tahasildar. Is it correct under law? Is it possible to get from tahasildar office?

srinivas has made a will without any registration . and then srinivas died .later his son mahesh goes to sub registration ofice to get the will register. later mahesh will goto civil court and he will apply for probiet, court will allow the probiet. court asks the withness and also checks the evidence . court will accept the withness and evidence. court will give the final judgement date . the court have asked mahesh to present a sitation copy details of others , whos similar to this case. i need the deatail of this case sir please give me
