SIR, WE WERE MARRIED AROUND 11 YRS BACK AND WE HAVE 09 YRS OLD SON. THIS YEAR JANUARY WE TOOK DIVORCE THROUGH MUTUAL CONSENT AT MUMBAI. AFTER DIVORCE WE REALIZED THAT WE HAVE DONE VERY BIG MISTAKE IN LIFE AND WE WANT TO REMARRY WITH EACH OTHER. NOW WE ARE RESIDING AT PUNJAB TOGETHER WITH OUR SON WITHOUT PERFORMING ANY MARRIAGE CEREMONY.

I am representing a huge complex where the builder has broken all rules and laws and cheated us.
Need professional help in Mumbai who can help us take the builder to task
i.e Filing a criminal complaint that the builder has not got OC for over 4 years after building is complete. further violated all building plans, misutilised the funds (maintenance amount) and cheated the occupiers

Can you plese provide me a draft of Indemnity Bond in respect of arrears of Land Revenue. Elaborating further, an individual wants to avail loan from a bank on mortgage of land for which land revenue is outstanding - pending a litigation. The bank is demanding an Indemnity bond for such arrears of land revenue. Please provide me a draft of the same

company liable to pay Rs.7,00,000/- to the complainant as per the MOU between the company and the complainant. complainant filed case u/s.138 against a director only as the alleged cheque contains his signature not included the company and other directors. But at the time of MOU, the accused in the said case is not a director of the company and he never signed in the MOU. I need relevant judgements of Supreme Court and Highcourts to save the innocent director of the company from the case.

Hi,
I own a small piece of land in T.Nadu & is let for cultivation. The cultivating tenant has not paid any rent for years and now has issued temporary and permanent injunction notice for me not to enter the land ?
Is this valid ?
How do I counter it and ensure the temporary injunction is NOT granted ?

Facts in Brief :-
I am a person residing at Indore (M.P.) . I have booked 6 tickets for tour to Europe for me and my family with a travelling agency at indore at their office. The booking for the tour was done by me at their Indore office. All the payments were made at Indore office. All the correspondence were made and guidance were received at Indore Office only. The terms and conditions was also signed by me at Indore . The company is having their head office at Mumbai.
Query :-
At the time of booking , I have signed the ‘terms and conditions’ wherein it was mentioned that :-
“ It is agreed between the parties that in the even of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.”
I have filed the case at district consumer forum at Indore. The company have submitted case laws to show that the jurisdiction of the consumer forum is at mumbai due to the terms and conditions signed by me.
kindly help me and supply / intimate the case laws/ supporting etc. for it to have the jurisdiction at consumer forum , Indore where the cause of action arose.

Registering Society for NA NOC Certificate.
Hello Friends,
Once again i need your valuable feedbacks on my query. Here is the complete detail.
I am living in my own house since last 15 years. But it is not being registered as Society in AUDA or municipal corporation.
Just before 3 days, our chairmen got the notice from corporation for registration.
We all are paying municipal tax on regular basis.
Can here any body please guide me for procedure of registering a society for NA, NOC certificate from corporation.
I need your help on urgent basis, so i can start with procedure as soon as possible.
