We have got property share under an arbitration award but after award being passed by the courts one of the party challenged the said award. Against the challenge a compromise was executed in the same courts in which it was written that compromise is part and parcel and supplement to the same challenged award. Sir I want to know whether the compromise can be set aside as it contains certain terms of selling the house which we got in the original arbitration award.

sir,
we had filed a easementary suit for extra 4 feet pasthway apart from the seven feet width which we had purchased from the defendants. now the court has rejected it by saying that we have disturbed the existing pathway by constructing the cement road over that 7 ft. so are we entitles for the extra 4ft width along with seven ft, as we have to also take our 4-wheelers inside.

My father Gurchaaran Singh after death left two properties one at Mohali and other at LUDHIANA. aS PER ARBITRATION AWARD the property of Ludhiana came to my share and property of Mohali to other brother.MY brother challenged the Award and demanded that the Award may be set aside on the following ground, that he has spent Rs. seven lac for the reconstruction of Ludhiana house and also demanded that an oral promise was made that RS. 12 LAC will be paid after issue of TS 1 OF M.Corp.He has no proofs in respect of such claims and he had not spent any amount in respect of the same.
After that acompromise deed has been signed in court and it was accepted that RS.549,000 will be paid to my brother and the para reads as under :
"0n receipt of Rs.549000 all the claims of Kuljit Singh in respect of the estate of
GURCHARAN SINGH shall be fully settled."
Please answer how much money I have to pay my brother Kuljit Singh.

Whether a death of an I.P. due to heart attack during the course of employment is an employment injury under the esi act. Please also provide the latest judgements in the matter.

E Fraud entry to my a/c
I am writing this mail to you as i have been trapped in a cyber racket fraudently. Actually i was contacted by some Richard Powell of Bloom Modern Textile in uk by mail for part time job of payment manager. My job was to receive the payment in my a/c on his behalf and deposit the same in his a/c. For this i was to be paid a commission of 5%, which i agreed & accepted.
On 28/9/09 night , i was told on phone by Powell that my a/c has been credited Rs.50000 and i should deposit the same in 2 accounts next day after deducting my commision .Accounts were that of mukesh kumar in icicibank &Rajesh kumar Bhaskar in State Bank of India.I deposited the payment promptly and informed powell by mail. On 29th night I recieved a call from ICICIbank's bombay office, enquiring that money.He wanted to know whether i know powell or Rajesh Kumar or Mukesh kumar? I told him that i was hired by powell & on his instruction i have deposited the money in 2 a/cs.Only then he told me that money has been credited to my a/c fraudently from the a/c of some rahul sood & he has lodged a complaint against me. Now how can i know that a particular money transferred to my a/c is a fraud money or genuine? It was only after that phone i realized that i have been trapped in a racket. I am a retired person dependent on my children. Now pl. advise me , what should i do to come out of this racket. Bank people have freezed my a/c & they are not ready to enquire at their end, that how this transaction took place without knowledge of account holder.
Pl. help me.
