Is there a stamp duty implication for obtaining succession certificate for an immoveable property in Hyderabad? What are the typical costs that one needs to incur for the same? Is this mandatory to obtain even if one has a legal heir certificate and all other necessary documents.
please tell what can be the safest procedure to terminate an employee in a private limited company.
Can we terminate him directly by assigning a reason or we have to give him a chance to reply on the show cause notice and then decide?
please explain.
My client is in need of Rs. 3 lakh, he approached to a person for same, but the person asked him to make a registered sale deed of the field in his favour and after repayment of Rs. 3 lakh he will cancelled the sale deed.
What is the remedy ?
Pls. provide easy way to make contract in between them by which both have to be legally safe.
Also provide draft if any
Thanking y

My father intended to give a site of 30x40 in bangalore to me (his son) through gift deed. This property is his self acquired property.
1. Is this type of gift to son is valid?
2. After gift to me (duly registered) is it any right over this property to my sister & brother?
3. How much will be the stamp fee for gift to son?
4. Is it any need to mention my sister & brother details (their financial status, marriage, etc.) in this gift deed.
Please kindly answer to my questions. Thanks
Bar of section 69 Partnership Act
A highest bidder whose bid was provisionally accepted withdrew his bid before finalisation by the competent authroity of a government department. Now the bidder wants to file a suit for recovery of the amount of security/Earnest Money retained by the Govt. Department. The highest bidder is an unregistered partnership firm. Whether such firm can file suit for recovery without its registration under the Partnership Act or the suit will be hit by section 69 of the Act?
