sir,
i am an nri,my wife filed a case 498a against my whole family because she cannt adjust with me.her father didnt even call my parents yat insted they filed 498a.my wife send letter to my company saying that i tortured here and she wants my salary as she is not having any incomeas she is a bsc nurse.now she filed a case in family court for getting her shreethan as i didnt even ask her shrethan,though her family gave her 26 soverens of gold that she took back and kept in her home within 4 days.now she is claming that she gave 3 lakhs cash to my parents and 50000cash to me in hand and 36 soverens of gold to me.i hired one lawyer,he is telling that normally judgements will be in favour of wife side only but we can fight.and also saying that they will not check out for proper evedence .in what way i should fight that as i am not in india.since here is financial cricisis,company will not give leave for atleast one year.i dont know what to do becuse the money they claim is fake .what should i do .

Dear Members,
One of my client is working in a Nationalised Bank as Senior Manager and his wife is a teacher in a Intermediate college. Till to day they are regualrly getting HRA from their departments. Now the department (Bank and College ) says that only one can get HRA. Will u please help me to guide them about this?

I am residing in a flat which is in the name of my father. This flat's all dues were paid by me i.e. Bank EMIs and except this cash amount on different periods given to my father to complete family obligations/responsibility. Even I have paid more than two times what was the cost of flat at the time of allotment. All the details were maintained by me but no receiving I have for cash I given to my father.
My father as another house appx.130 sq mtr in Delhi which devided (mutually)among my other three brothers.
Now two of them are raising their vioce and pressurising to my father to sell all the property and devide the money equally.
These two brothers don't work and just spending their life on my father's pension.
One of my brother's wife is even ready to book /indulge me in fake cases, if I do not vacate the flat as per her will.
One of my brother is totally in favour of me and insisting my father to name the property/ flat to me as he understand that what sacrifices/ responsibilities I have done for my family on behalf of my father.
Father is neutral.
What should I do now?

facts of the case:
my client by profession is a lecturer in one of college in hyderabad,prior to working in hyderabad he used to work in vijaywada dist of a.p.,the student of my client came to my client's residence in hyderabad and ask him for his bike,my client believing that he is his ex student he gave his bike to the student, at the time of taking bike from my client he promises that he would return the bike in few hours, whereas the student failed to return the bike to my client,when my client enquired about his student in vijaywada as the student is from vijaywada it is found that now he is chating many people like this.
as my client came to know that he has been cheated by his student he went to the police station to complain about the incident whereas the polce have refused my clients complaint to register.
in this situation what i and my client can do and please also tell under what section of i.p.c. and cr.p.c. cases can be registered. and what are my client's rights in this case.

Dear Expert,
Can an employee encash 8 days of leave per year as authorised and also encash balance of leave at tome of seperation upto 60 days which is maximum limit for accumulation?
In other words will the leave encahsed while in service be in addition to the limit of 60 days presecribed under the Act for accumulation & encashment at time of discharge.
