What does it mean. Courts, while dealing with the objection as to limitation are supposed to look into the provisions of the act only. If the suit is barred by limitation they are not supposed to look into the facts, that lead to expiry of such limitation. But some times, inclusion and exclusion of certain periods so as to save or exhaust limitation are taken into consideration
