Indemnity bond for minor ??

I, alongwith my friend are planning to buy a commercial property alongwith business rights and goodwill, licenses etc.

The property belonged to Mr X.. who owned the business too .... he died without will .. heirship certificate obtained from civil court by wife and minor son.

Now as vendors ( wife and minor son ) are holding rights in the property. she has not obtained permission from court regarding sale of above property ( minors interest )

Vendors are not in position to seek legal help to obtain minors court orders.......
they are asking to us to pay some money before agreement for sale , by utilising these funds they would get the court orders for minor.

My query is should we ask for indemnity bond from them and also if we pay a part amount can we enter into MOU with them before they obtain court orders. Can they sign the documents..

clarification on sales tax

A dealer who is registered at Maharashtra, would like to open a godown in Andhra Pradesh and get his material through stock transfer and sell from Andhra pradesh to Andhra Pradesh dealers and also to different dealers in the entire country. The objective of this is one of his big customer who is situated at Andhra Pradesh would like him to open a godown to meet their urgent requirements.

In the above scenario we need clarification on the following:

1. Whether the dealer has to take APVAT registration and charge applicable rate of tax in A.P.?

2. Whether he can sell the goods through his Maharashtra Sales tax registration and charge CST for Andhra pradesh sales?

138 n.i.act

the applicant is a financier and financed to one for purchase of old truck.the amount financed was made by dd.the person also executed a hire-purchase agreement and same was endorsed in regional transport authority.when applicant asked the installments the person issued a cheque of rs 400000 in name of firm of applicant.the same was bounced due to insufficient fund tha applicant send legal notice which that person refused to take so applicant filed case of 138.
during cross examination of applicant the applicant answered a question of accused lawyer that said cheque was brought already filled in front of applicant and the accused only signed the chequue in front of applicant.
now the accused advocate moved a application in defence to call writing expert which was allowed by lower court
my question is since tha applicant already said the cheque was already filled when it was brought in front of applicant and the applicant dont know if said cheque was filled by accused or not.now if expert says that the writing of signature and cheque filled is differ than will the case will close, any remedy or citation if any
