Sir,If mother is depended on her multiminory bussiness of her husband and her selve having bussiness and having IT turn over any many laks then also she is share holder on her decived son"s moveable and unmovable assets as Hindu Law act pl tell me becos my mother-in-law is restraining in my lagal rights where as i have no sourse of income for my livlyhood-thanks

Application of law do not differentiate in the terms of poorness or richness. Even if mother is having income in plenty then also she is entitled to inherit the equal share in the properties left by her deceased son.

thanks for reply but some where i came 2 knw that mother will get share in landed assets but in deposit assets in which i N my son is nominee is not lia-able to get by some rule of supreme court.Is it true?
