My query is that, A bank had took a Banker's indemnity insurance policy from a insurance company under which the cash and securities are insured and insurance company is liable to pay in case of any loss, but in the conditions of the insurance company it is clearly written that for this insurance policy the bank must keep an alarming system as well as additional security personals. Now if the bank it looted and thereafter it was found that there was no alarming system installed and also no security personals were present so my question is whether insurance company is liable to pay for the losses? If yes to what extent? and which are the laws that could dealt with.

I joined as a student with a coaching centre in Chennai which coaches students pursuing CA/CS/CWA. They charge service tax on the fee I paid to them.
Is Service tax appilcable to tuition centre or coaching centre?

Dear Sir/Madam,
a person executed agreement to sell cum irrevocable power of attorney with respect to immoveable property to other person to execute sale deed in 6 months.
can a person has power to revoke the power of attorney within 6 months.
if revokeable then support with relevent case laws.
Kindly revert the above query as soon as possible.

three brothers A b and C has a share in ancestral immovable and movable property. now A & B has 2 sons but C has no issue out of marriage.
Therefore C made a will stating as he donot have any son or daughter wants to give his share in his ancestral property to his brother A and after his death to his legal heirs.
The said will is registered also and now C died so can legal heirs of A execute the will of C.

my brother has done bbl from university of Jammu and kashmir which is also called academic BBL . Now offcourse he cannot practice with this . Is there any way like he can join a regular course for third year and get a LLB degree .
