validity of mortgage deed

Dear sir, If one mortgage deed includes different 37 properties in different cities have 2 major mistakes as name of village is not noted, just it is noted as in the juridiction of this taluka registrar other details such as property no. is noted. The another mistake is one property not owned by mortgagee but mortgaged. This property was owned by another person and who was not the mortgagee. Is this deed valid/ legal?

I M STAYING IN AHMEDABAD IN SHREEDHAR APARTMENT MANINAGAR BUILT IN 1992. THERE IS PROBLEM WITH OUR SHREEDHAR APPARMENT HOLDERS THAT, OUR BUILDER NOT TRANSFER ADMINISTRATION OF OUR APPARTMENT TO FLAT OWNERS NOR TRANSFER MAINTANACE FUND. AND HE REFUSE FOR SAME. SO WHAT TO DO . WHAT IS THE LEGAL PROCEDURE TO TAKE ADMINISTRATION FROM BUILDER? BUILDER BUILT A APPARTMENT UNDER NAME OF KARSAN ASSOCIATION ( A NON TRADING CORPORATION) CAN WE MAKE A COMMITEE OF OUR FLAT OWNERS? AND WHOM TO INFORM REGARDING SAME(GOVT.AUTHORITY)

lok adalat award

dear learned counsel!
An EP is pending against me in the family court.In 2005,my ex wife and me made certain terms of compromise regarding our female child through lok adalat award,according to which my ex wife act as guardian to my child.But later due to change of circumstances,my child is living with me.After 4 years my ex wife filed an EP in the family court.I too filed a GWOP in the same court for change of guardian ship and it was accepted by the court.Can i get stay orders in EP in the family court.Please advice.

Decision of domestic inquiry

i am a medical representative,my company donducted a domestic inquiry against me on 5th Feb 2008, and DI was finished on 16th Sept 2009,still management did not give any decision,deliberately.while approx 5 months have been passed.during this period company is paying me only 50% of my salary as subsistence aallowance since the cammencement of the DI,still i am getting only 50% of my salary,
management wants to harass me mentally and finencially,they think,after getting too much harassment,i will live the company,s job,but i would not live the job,and if possible further i will fight legally in the court,
plese give me proper direction regarding this situation,
1. can i complain in local labour court for full salary?
2. can i complain in human right commission?for this harassment?

No Order by Magistrate in a closed for order matter

In the court of a metropolitan magistrate in Mumbai,an application was filed,arguments followed and the said matter was concluded for Order by Magistrate.
Three consecutive dates were given but no Order was delivered.
Thereafter,suddenly,the said magistrate was transferred and presently,the said court is lying vacant and his predecessor has not been appointed for the last over three months.
What is the remedy for the party,who is still waiting for the Order?Any case law and or provisions of Cr.P.C.can help in acquiring the said Order from the said magistrate,who has since been appointed District Judge in a remote district of Maharashtra?
An early response of the esteemed experts shall be highly appreciated.
