Sir! whether possession of, frames of door and windows made of wood is an offence under Sec 26 Indian forest Act. Is there any difference between furniture and simple wood. How can i prove that these frames must be called furniture. Please suggest law and citation of higher courts if any.

Dear learned members of this forum,
I want to purchase a agriculture land in karnataka, but the problem is that in our family no body is agriculturist or Agriculature labour, now i wanted to take some 3 acres of land in the rural/village/city ,so what is the procedure so that i get this land to be registered in my name.
what is the role of Deputy comssiner, asst comssioner, subregister & tehsildar
what the law say regarding this.
kindly help me in this regard.

Dear All,
We have purchased a property (for say Property No. 1) in an auction conducted by DRT in 2007. But the property cldnt be mutated in municipal records. The municipal authorities has now sent a demand notice in respect of the above property.
Since the mutation was not was not done at that time, the demand notice was issued in the name of previous owner.
The demand notice shows an arrear of 10,00,000/- out of 14,00 000/- for the period of before 2007.
What is the remedy available with us, should we approach municipal authority with all details related to property.
kindly advise.

Dear Sir,
I have got married on 14/12/2007 through Hindu custom and rituals, though the registration was performed 6 months before the marrige cerymony under Special Marrige Act. That after few days of final marrige ceremony, my wife started to show her reluctance to do home with me and my old aged parents, based on some false alligations particularly against my parents. Over the time, it was evident that, my wife's sole intention was to make me a "Ghar Jamai" by staying at her own residence.
My wife left my home on 24/12/2008, on the plea to visit her metarnal home, but didn't return to me despite my best efforts. Following this, i filed a case under section 9 for restoration of conjugal rights acts. My wife filed a petition u.s. 125 for interim maintenance and reambersment of litigation charges of Rs.12,000/- per month and Rs.15,000/- respectively.
I am now working in private firm and my salary is about Rs.22,000/ per month. My wife is unemployed, but her mother(widow) is a Cetral Govt. school teacher having a salary about Rs.35,000/-.
In this context my queries are:
1)What are documents i have to submit for my salary if the court direct.
2)I want to save my salary, is there any
safe way?
3)Will the court investigate on my salary
and what are normal procedure followed
by court in this regard?
Pls. help me by your expert advice on it.

Que:1.A Man(Rogue) Filed Divorce Suit against Wife in response Wife Filed Maintenance Suit against Husband, As this Suit is in Preliminary stage Parents of Husband also Filed Maintenance suit against Son in the Same Family Court, Income of Man(Rogue Husband and Son) is Rs.8500/pm. What kind of Judgement can the Court Deliver in this Scenario?

My husband had take divorce from me by fraud. Now I am moved to court to cancell the divorce. my daughter is in my husband's custody. the suit is pending mean time can I ask for Visitation right to visit my daughter u/s. 151 CPC

As per law in andhrapradesh state can you please answer to my queries
1.can a married woman claim for equal rights in ancestral property(father father's property)and under which section can she claim so.
2.can a married woman claim for equal right in her ancestral property after her father is dead .
3.can the wife claim for share in her husband's property which he had aquired from his ancesters(after her husband's death.)
