A lady filed a petition u/s. 125 Cr.P.C. against her husband within the jurisdiction of Delhi and an order was passed. Thereafter the lady was shifted to Kolkata. Whether she can file petition u/s. 127 Cr.P.C. for enhancement within the jurisdiction of Kolkata ?

appelant give me notice first through publication in news paper, may i go high cort in 482, kya parivadi ke dvara paper main pahle notice publish karakar, bad main by post se bhi bheja hai, maine parivadi ke upar 500 manhani ka mukadma kiya hai, kya 482 main mujhe high court rahat degi

we had a residential house registered name of my grand father name in which electric meter was running on . later on after death of my grand father & Grand Mother my father , & uncle sold the property to some one . but forgot to change the name of electric meter and meter is running in the name of my grand father. after wards property is sold number of times but meter is havinf same name.Dues for electric meter is paid till date.Now can it will be my responsbility to pay electric meter if outstanding is there arise in future.

I have been issued full & final settlement letter duly signed by HR director subsequent to my resignation acceptance as per that net amount payable to me was 62000/- after deducting all the dues(like laptop keymissing 2600, mobile not working 4600 etc-. I have accepted the same and sent duplicate copy to the HR dept. I was waiting for my cheque but after 2 months of issuing first letter company has issued another full and final settlement letter and deducted rs 27000 against laptop panel broken. Now i have given laptop in absolutely perfect condition except one key missing and same has been acknowledged by the company in first full & final settlement letter where they have deducted only rs 2700 against laptop key missing after inspection of the laptop. Now my question is that how can company deduct 27000 after three months of resignation and company is also ignoring first letter which has been issued to me which is an evidence that laptop was in perfect condition except one key missing. Please suggest how can i proceed further and what are the options available. Thanks Mukul(9560707755)

how to register notorised documents
I purchased four plots, each of 600 sqft by paying cash amount from a person having power of attorny by way of notary in the year 2000 in state of maharashtra. plot is illigal means without non agreecultural.the person who was having power of attorny and was entered into agreement with me through notory now not alive.Now how I get registered that plot? which documents are necessary? please guide me.
